millionminds.com don't pay

On August 8th I deposited 100 at millionminds casino, received a 100 bonus, and completed the wagering requirement (6000) on blackjack. I finished on 1160 (I was betting the maximum 40 per hand) and withdrew to neteller (also my deposit method).

On 14th August my money had not arrived, so I emailed to ask why. I got the following answer:

We are experiencing some minor problems with our NETeller transactions.
The problem should be solved soon and your transaction processed
directly
after. Normally, we do not take more than 2 days before processing the
transaction.
We apologize for the inconvinience.

It is now August 23rd, the withdrawal has still not arrived, and it's over 2 weeks since I made it. Since then 3 "payment days" have passed. It's a real fun game sending an email, getting a reply saying I'll be paid today, then repeating in a few days time, ad infinitum, but I've had enough of it. Millionminds don't have a rep here so I'm posting to warn other members and pitching a bitch today (which really does mean today;) ).

Just got back from my holiday - still no payment and no email from millionminds, I would have thought they'd have fixed the minor problems with their neteller transactions by now.

And nothing regarding my pitched bitch either.

Bump.

Nearly 2 months since I pitched now, and I sent a reminder in between. I know I'm not a paying customer and casinomeister doesn't owe me anything, but what's the point of offering pitch a bitch if nothing happens?

Keep collecting affiliate payments to fund your slots addiction by all means Mr Casinomeister, advise people not to play with bonuses, whatever. Did I read a recent casinomeister article correctly, that when playing games that don't count towards WR, I shouldn't be surprised if a casino confiscates my winnings even though the games aren't expressly prohibited in the T&Cs?

Some watchdog.

I don't know why you haven't had a reply wolfman :what:, but you really got think before you post sometimes. You're not gonna get much response from this one by the looks of it.

GL anyway. Hope you get it sorted.

Sorry, I was too busy counting my affiliate money and wasting it all on slots before getting to this.

Your PAB didn't have any description of the problem - just a link to this thread. Sorry, for the delay, but it's been forwarded to the casino. Don't know why I didn't get to it earlier. I must have been too caught up throwing my money around and giving bad advice.

ok please excuse the venting above, caused by an unhappy combination of alcohol and frustration. Here's the current situation:

I made the original withdrawal ($1160) on 8th August. It wasn't paid, I received 3 emails with the "neteller excuse" promising to pay the next day, it never was, then nothing but silence and inaction.

Over 6 weeks later, on 25th September, I reversed the withdrawal and made a withdrawal of $100, to see if a smaller withdrawal would go through. It didn't. I left this pending for 3 weeks, until 16th October.

I then reversed the $100 withdrawal. My current balance is $1083 (I played a bit, sorry). What I would like is an explanation as to why they haven't / won't process any of my withdrawals or communicate with me on the subject except to offer the lame neteller excuse and then revert to silence. I would also like an assurance that my next withdrawal will be processed.

Casinomeister thanks for your help.

By the way, their software seems to be in-house, it's not something I've ever seen anywhere else.

They never responded. I'll email them once more to see what's up.

In the future, instead of bumping a thread up, how about emailing me to find out what's going on. That's much more productive. I don't catch all the threads, and to merely "bump" threads here for the sake of trying to get attention is really quite annoying.

I've heard nothing from the casino or casinomeister, and assumed this thread had died due to lack of interest. I would have bumped it again but didn't want to be accused of attention-seeking behaviour.

tain is also in expekt.com -never won

i now recall , expekt is also uses tain for their pitifull roulette .

i played there maby 15 times rollete , i was never above my money, and i never played on bonuses .

Do not play on expekt roulette . thank u

Steer well clear of Million Minds

I've been waiting for my money for over a month now, and have not had a single reply to any Email sent.
I have sent a complaint to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, they have also not replied to any Emails for the last month despite the assurances on their website about 'Integrity', 'Accountability' and Community, amongst others.
I paid via Neteller and guess what, they won't reply either (after their initial acknowldegment). Just sent a strongly worded note to their customer servcies manager, but at the end of the day, they don't care so I've written off my 350$.

The lesson to learn here guys is: You are on your own when things go wrong. All these bodies that protect you with licenses - don't mean a thing. Do some reseqarch before you put money in any online casino/poker room. Something goes wrong, they drop you like a stone.

I understand your frustration - but you are not on your own, as long as you use the accredited list in this forum and check the rogues, before playing.
wishing you better luck (with play and choice of casino) next time!

I've fielded a ton of complaints about this group. Tain has buried their head in the sand. Does anyone have any idea why Tain does not feel this is their problem? Surely they paid Million Minds for the players they were owed or are planning to do so. There must be sort of reserve for the Million Minds poker deposits in case those players lost to players on other skins. If not then Tain is responsible for some of this blame.
