Millionaire Casino (English Harbor Group) Stealing My Winnings

Halftilted

Dormant account
I had opened an account at English Harbour back in November, lost my deposit and never played there again. I recently opened an account at Millionaire and they credited the welcome bonus. I met the wagering requirements and then some.

When I tried to withdraw ($1200), I got an email saying that I had been red-flagged for promotional abuse and that only my deposit ($350) would be returned. I don't understand why I was credited the bonus if they had no intention of paying me if I won. Obviously they wouldn't have refunded my deposit if I lost.

Anyway, I should have read the past posts on this group before I deposited there and got scammed.

This group should be listed as rogue.

They have donne this before. There is something hidden in their terms to say that they might confiscate your winnings if you have an account with more than one of their casinos.

Load of crap because they encourage people to signup and because they could quite easily stop people fromhaving more than one account by simply banning when the player signs up. I believe they want to have their cake and eat it. If you lose, well good. If you win, then a retrospective ban and winnings confiscation is the order of the day. Avoid.

As someone who was interested in getting the casino software previously, I could share with you this thoughts.

Software licenses are actually given out to casinos with the agreement that the casino has to actually give a percentage of their earnings (from the software) to the software provider. It's the same for each and every software provider out there. So with that in mind, think about this scenario.

If you win and they pay, it means that they are actually doing it legitimately and well the software provider will definitely record it as them losing money, they the commission goes down a little. But if you win and they don't pay, they reduce their commission and not only that, they manage to get money from your side as well as they do not have to pay you.

In my opinion, this is what most of the non-paying casinos think about. How to get more and more money. This is the best way to evade the software provider. Report to the software provider that they paid you already and not pay. WIN - WIN on their side. Player side? LOSE - LOSE.

I really do hope that you could get your money back. This is very unfair as EH and MC are not the same casino. You could not use EH username in MC and vice versa. So, it's very unfair to think that it's related somehow. If I'm someone who doesn't know much about software providers and etc, how in the world are we suppose to know those 2 casinos are related? UNFAIR!

This is most likely it, because I opened a Millionaire account last week and cashed out about $1,200 with no problems at all.

I don't have any other accounts with English Harbour, though.

hey,

The same situation has just happened to me. With my balance on $850 and having wagered a lot they send me an email stating I have been red flagged and they will refund only my deposit ($350) and keep my winnings.

After a couple of follow up emails they send me this

"The Company reserves the right to cancel Player's account for any reason, and issue any balance in Player's account at the time of such cancellation. The Company also reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and refund the original purchase in your Casino account in any of the following circumstances:

If a Player has more than one active account within the group of casinos*.

* Casinos:
Apostle Casino
Casino(s) Blue Blanc Rouge
Caribbean Gold Casino(s)
English Harbor Casino(s)
Super Slots Casino(s)
Millionaire Casino
Magic Lamp Casino
All Poker Casino
Silver Dollar Casino(s)
"

This is HIDDEN deep in their general terms and conditions at both English Harbour and Silver Dollar Casino (where I have previously played.) This is NOT stated in any terms at Millionaire Casino nor is it stated in promotional t&c at any of the casinos.

Obviously they WANT you to play at more than one of their casino's as these terms would not be read by 95% of players. However, they can not accept you winning at more than one of their casinos.

If they wish to bar me from their casino's at sign up that is entirely their perrogative. However, the fact that they first give you the bonus and let you play with is before banning you when you win is clearly despicable business practice. Let's get together, pitch some bitches and put some pressure on this casino to do the right thing.

thelawnet, you hit the nail on the head.

I did get my deposit back today but they basically stole the $850 that I won fair and square.

Also redflagged!

I played English Harbour Casino, Caribbean Gold Casino and lost everything. I then played Silver Dollar Casino and won. I cashedout 1515. I then got the mail that I had been redflagged and got my deposit back. I have fulfilled the terms 100 % . I even have a printscreen of a livechat and they welcome people to have more accounts in that chat. I have pitched a bitch!
I hope they will pay.

This issue has popped up here before. Just do a CM forum search on "Harbour" and behold the numerous complaints.

I don't know when English Harbour was dropped from Bryan's accredited list, but I've found that it's generally a bad sign when it happens. Tend to stay away from those.

Clearly, English Harbour and the whole group should respond, and if they don't respond satisfactorily, they should be rogued.

What they do is steal money. It's pretty obvious. You open an account. You deposit. You lose. They keep the money. You win. They return your deposit and keep your winnings.

A very profitable practice I'm sure. No risk for the Casino.

Their implementation of the T&C's would be justified ONLY IF they refunded your deposit regardless of if you win or lose.

Stay away.

Cheers,
SM

have you tried InterCasino?

Hey Guys!

Sorry to hear your problems.

I have never heard of this before! Sounds outrageous to me!!

If you want another Casino to try, check out InterCasino - i have never heard any problems about these and they have just won Top Online Casino for the 5th Consecutive year - which speaks volumes in itself!!

hope this helps!

If there's nothing in the terms and conditions at Millionaire (which I believe there isn't, just at English Harbour) then they have no right to steal your winnings at Millionaire.

The terms on the English Harbour site have nothing to do with your play at Millionaire.

I must also say this is a joke term, if they do want to have it they need to make it CLEAR before signing up that they have it in force. Not hidden away in some obscure terms of use or the like.

Good grief, you should be barred outright - you are spamming for your affiliate programme in a thread which has NOTHING to do with Intercasino / Partnerlogic. Not only that, you are not just some pondlife affiliate, you are the Partnerlogic Marketing Executive.

About you:
I am the Marketing Executive for PartnerLogic
Location:
London, England
Occupation:
Marketing Executive
Best Casino IMHO:
InterCasino
Does Partnerlogic endorse this behaviour? I'll be shooting off an email and publishing their response.

First the video poker trick, now we have a "top ranked" affiliate programme behaving like this. What is happening with Intercasino right now??

Unfortunately, they do state this.

The Company reserves the right to cancel Player's account for any reason, and issue any balance in Player's account at the time of such cancellation. The Company also reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and refund the original purchase in your Casino account in any of the following circumstances:

If a Player has more than one active account within the group of casinos*.:

This is becoming common practice: list the terms for the bonus on the bonus page, then list VITAL extras on a page that 99% of gamblers would never read.

Notice that they do not state you may NOT have an account. Why? Because they WANT multiple accounts for profitable customers. They simply want their asses covered when they pull a winnings confisaction job on customers they regard as unprofitable.

This practice needs highlighting, and the casinos employing it need naming.

Didn't realise.

This to me is exactly the same as the 'management reserves the right rule' that most casinos have to void winnings. Only a rogue casino would use it.

They should either dissallow more than one account accross the group full stop or pay out.

"Good grief" was my first thought also. It's his first post, let's give him a second chance. I'm sure he'll get an ear full of it for that anyway.

 I agree.

Meantime though, I'd just like to clarify the following for any newbies:

...InterCasino... have just won Top Online Casino for the 5th Consecutive year

These awards (Gambling Online Magazine) allow the casinos to incentivise players to vote for them.

Cheers,

Simmo!

This is Partnerlogic - a big affiliate programme representing the biggest casinos out there. If their top managers are resorting to spamming threads with irrelevant, derailing comments about their casinos, they do not deserve any "second chance". These people should have a grasp of standard practice, and this is the lowest of the low from the...well, I would have said "top". I certainly would have to rethink that judgement now.

Partnerlogic have not bothered to reply to my email. Time to step this one up a bit.

1.3 - No "Spamming". Post ads in the "Online Casino Promos and Ads" section. Ads posted elsewhere (or cloaked ads) will be removed. Spammers will be dragged out into the street and shot. Shills be warned. Also, you will not mass-PM or mass-email multiple members of this site the same message. Spammers who spam the board will have their email addresses posted in public view. You've been warned.

Yeah, I hate spammers too.

Keep up the good work, Partnerlogic.

OK, back on track.

Hmm...can you prove this? Like I said, it IS now listed, but they may have added it after you posted. Do you have a screenshot of the appropriate Millionaire section where this is NOT stated?

it seemed to me a nice place...

Very useful information, as I was about to open an account in English Harbour after receiveing an interesting email offer...
I dont think its a good idea after reading all this... thanks to all and good luck.

Bugger, no i can't. I (stupidly) didn't think to get a screenshot when I was looking through Millionaire's general T&C.

Looking at the terms now I can assure you they have been changed since my last post. The old terms were shorter, noticably differrent to the terms at other casino's and did not mention any other casino's in the group. The current terms are now identical to the others in the group.

Unfortunately my word isn't going to count for much when trying to get my winnings back.

If anyone happens to have a copy of the old Millionaire T&C this would be useful.
