Here is a short introduction about me, Mika. Currently located in sunny Malta and working as Casino coordinator for iGame. Therefore I will keep the upcoming iGame thread alive with cool promos.:cool:

Account closed for no reason

Hello Mika,

I have been registered at Igame for a while and really like the casino. After a nice win , I made a deposit limit and a few days later my account was closed.
I wrote three emails to support, but no answer.
Did I something wrong or what happened?
I hope you can help me

pm the user\rep directly that way they get a alert with your question in there email for a quicker reply

The reason is: German players are excluded since 01/01/2015. I had the same problem :sob:
Please iGame - change this again. Almost all of your competitors accept germans. Do the same! Make it so!
 
Hi guys,

We had to close down Germany due to new legislation changes. We did send out information regarding this well before NYE.

Extract from the sendout:
Due to legislation changes as from the 1st January 2015 we will no long be able to offer our gaming services to German players.

All active accounts will be locked on the 1st January 2015 and any player that still has a balance after this date will need to contact support to have the funds paid out to them.

I am sorry for those that have missed out on being able to play with us because of these changes.
