I have a problem with slots royale. I completed their Freeplay but because they belong to a group I didn't received that bonus. Ok fair enough so far but they added a automatic 15% neteller bonus to my account which restricts me cashing out. Read the following email conversation with support:

Dear Max,

I really don't like the way your casino works. This automatic bonus, which I never requested, will make sure that I loose my money. The wagering requirements are too much especially because only 100% will be counted on slots. My deposit of 50euro is not a lot of money but its about the way your casino people tricks into loosing money.

Please forward this email to management, I will also make a topic on casinomeister trying to discuss this problem.

Kind Regards,
Sander Westland

yeah those deposit method automatic bonuses are so ghey. if they were giving you an extra 1-5% free with no strings would be cool, however 15% but you have to play the entire amount through 20x or whatever is ridiculous. i mean the automatic bonus is only about 1/8 that of the deposit, so it is almost like the playthrough is 160b. it's rather insulting really. if you didn't start playing, they should be able to remove it, because tons of people with half a brain would not be in favour of receiving these. whenever i get them unwittingly, i contacts support and they remove it. if you can stand to throw away the fifty euro, just bet really huge with it and hope to make it into something big enough that you can grind out the playthrough, and really make them wish they had done it your way. but this plan only works for you like 1/12 times, they get their way if you lose. it blows but such are the crummy deals that they think people like or will tolerate...*sigh*

@happygobrokey: I asked the support to remove the bonus from my account. But as you can see in the email they don't want to remove it and are only pointing to their T&C.

I thought the cash balance would've been available for a cashout the entire time, the bonus just would've been forfeited?
Or does Slots Royale have different terms than most MG casinos...I know there are restrictions about cashing out from the welcome bonuses but these ongoing small deposit bonuses shouldn't have them...

It's patently ridiculous to not be willing to remove a bonus from a customer's account if they did not request it and have not placed any wagers since the bonus has been issued. If a bet has been made AFTER a bonus has been issued, I think a casino has the right to refuse to remove the bonus until the requirements have been met, but under no circumstances should a casino refuse to remove an unwanted bonus from an account where no wagers have been made following the bonus being issued. Otherwise, if I was a casino operator, I could simply add a $10 bonus with 13198309183091843 times wagering requirements on slots and refuse to remove it. Good luck cashing out!

You need to wager the bonus balance 30 times before

Per terms and conditions? Where does it say so in the terms? Nowhere. The casino support staff is just lazy, and they will rather treat you like dirt than do something that you have requested.

Actually they will remove the bonus if you start really bitching about it. It will take a day or two but they will eventually remove the bonus.

The support should remove the bonus at your first request, but they opt not to. Just another reason to choose some other casino.
