Hi all, I have a problem witn Microgaming casinos and hope that either someone knows a solution or can put me in touch with Microgaming to solve this problem.

Problem: Everytime I make a Neteller deposit into a Micro casino it immediately says the deposit cannot be processed at that time. however, every time it has indeed been taken from my Neteller account. Then the casino tells me I need to get the NT #, which means I have to call Neteller everytime which is a huge hassle.
While the casinos do credit the deposit eventually they are very uncooperative in solving this problem. Platinum Play juist told me over the hpone that they can't put customers thru to Micro. Crazy Vegas simply added my deposit and ignored my requests to find the source of the problem.

Neteller says the deposits are being sent thru fine and the problem is on the casino side. When I told them it was only at Micro casinos they said it's a software problem. This makes sense to me since I never had a problem at a non Micro casino, but every micro casino has ahad this problem.

Anyone know of this problem or have a contact for Microgaming?

Thanks

I have no idea what is wrong, I dont use neteller. If this keeps happening and you still want to play with micro, have you thought of using another options such as firepay or payspark? Payspark is designed for micro and firepay is basically excepted most places neteller is.

Hmm that is odd especially as PP is part of Fortune Lounge and CV is Vegaspartners. If it were the same group then it would make more sense.

Is it maybe the country you are in? Where do you live? Denmark, Israel, China etc are territories where some casinos impose restrictions...just a thought.

Maybe you could try Cooks or Kingdom or one of the other MG's from a difefrent group - but they all use the same software so whether that would cure it i don't know.

I have had this problem a couple of times with Fortune Lounge.
I had an error message saying the transaction could not be completed.

No deposit at the casino but funds removed from Neteller.

I emailed Neteller and was given the transaction number within ten minutes.

After sending the info to FL, it took several hours to appear in my account.

Had it happen a few times to me as well, once at least at FL, but I don't think its related to the casino. And its usually after a long delay while it tries to process the deposit. But you say yours is happening instantly?

Jersey Guy, I might just have to try other payment methods if this problem persists. Maybe Payspark is a good idea since this is only with Micro casinos. I've heard bad things about Firepay, both online and from friends who have been gambling online much longer then I have.

Simmo, The other casino other then these two was AllSlots which is in another casino group. So I'm 95% sure it is a Microgaming issue related to my computer. Other softare companies work fine.

I live in the United States, East Coast. using a DSL connection on a new Dell computer.

Four times I deposited at Micro casinos and it happened all four times. I've deposited at a total of about 6 non Micro casinos and never had a problem. Just wish I could get in touch with someone from Micro or the casinos that could help tech wise.

Platinum Play

Geez, After dealing with Platinum Play support for 30 minutes + then calling and getting the NT # from Neteller for them they still haven't credited the deposit and it has been 3 hours now.

Hrmm

So I guess nobody has any contacts for Microgaming or anybody that can handle Microgaming tech questions? Thanks for all the answers folks. I guess I'll have to go with a different payment method and see if it works there.

Hi NAS: It might not be a bad idea for you to drop an Email or PM to Wim over at Fortune. You can look him up under VP of OPS (VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS FOR FORTUNE) on the Casinomeister's members list. Fortune is Microgaming and WIM may have an idea as to how to reconcile this problem.

I've had this same type of thing happen a year or so ago but that was with ASPINALLS and GOLDEN PALACE. In that instance one day it just seemed to fix itself. Have a good one.
