Microgaming Premier Roulette.

Yeah evil you. Also i didn't come to bragg , i Never bragged once. I didn't mention the big win until i was asked. I dont want to argue about this.

Eventually you will all see what videoslots are like. Theres nothing more i can say , But i will sit back and wait for Videoslots to do this to someone again. It will happen. I just wish you guys really could understand what has gone on.

You had been gone for a year, and came back to post screenshots of the winnings. Then started a thread where you know you would have to say how much it was.
You have never fooled me, since you signed up in oct. 2012.

Please keep writing defending yourself. It doesn't make you look better...

Why call them rogues, but admit at the same time the terms were there and you didn't read them? If they were rogues you'd have still been waiting for the first instalment, if you would have eventually got it at all.

I understand the Affiliate terms and conditions. But they know that this is a genuine mistake. And any decent brand would have seen that. They found a door out of it and they took it. Fair play. But what comes around goes around. An they will get what they deserve one day.

I swear to you, Really do not play there. I feel sorry for the next big winner. I can explain this story in 2 short lines

A friend of mine is tracked to my affiliates account and i earned commission from them

I then went on to win £90,000 from the commission that was paid in to my account.

Simple as that. That is all it is. ROGUE! in every single way possible

Hmm no. But okay. Another Keyboard warrior... You keep writing, Because apart from your friends posting with you here, You just look like a shit stirer to everyone else reading the thread. Which is exactly what you are.

Il wait for your next cocky reply.

The casino would have no way of knowing if this individual was your friend unless you have some kind of business relationship? Also I don't know a whole lot about the inner workings of affiliates but Video Slots also stated you signed up with them through your own affiliate site. I in my limited knowledge can see that as a major conflict of interest and understand that it's considered a big no no and against terms. You have been an affiliate long enough to know better. So I am sorry but I don't buy that it was an honest mistake.

Ahhhh okay. No mate you have understood wrong, I DID NOT sign up through my own link.

My friend did.

And as far as i now there is nothing wrong with that.

You are NOT allowed to refer any family members or Friends. This is both for affiliate accounts or referring players to casinos and other establishments. This is a clear terms and condition enough to close an affiliate account down for good. A mistake or not its clear enough.

Forgot to add that this is of course to protect them from anyone taking advantage or abuse the system. It could be a friend etc signing up to secure having advantage by gaining loses. I am not sure though how all affiliate programs views are on this.

Yeah i know a lot are different and have different terms. But it sais NOTHING about friends in there terms and conditions. Im sure you will agree. And as we all go by the terms and conditions here. Videosots is in the wrong.

OK, so if you are convinced you should be paid, why not PAB? The process is neutral, Max doesn't take sides but simply decides upon the available evidence and terms at the time of commencement of the dispute whether the casino in question should pay or not.
That means the holding of any torches and pitchforks will be suspended in the meantime as well as you having to defend yourself. Just because they are accredited doesn't mean Max will side with them, of that we can assure you.

What you forgot to mention is that you also requested your first payment to be paid to your friends name as you claimed her to be your business partner.

Later on we found out that she had a player account with us and was tracked to your affiliate account, being your biggest depositor. Playing the exact same games as you with the same gaming pattern.

If you feel that we did wrong with the facts above, we recommend you to do a PAB.

Videoslots are not claiming this person is your friend but business partner or somebody with a closer connection to you than friend. How on earth would they know that this particular account belonged to a friend of yours? Now a business partner or associate could be proven.

Snap Lucas beat me to it with the reply

If this is correct and i can PAB against accredited casinos i will do so? I did not know you could go against a Accredited casino here. Thanks for the advice

Your very good at mixing it up you really are.

What you forgot to mention is you told me you had to pay into to a Bank account and that you could not pay into neteller. I then told you my girlfriend had a business account in her name.. Yep thats rite your lieing again , Picture coming rite now!

Just PAB, don't bother bringing this fight any further on the open forum.

You can PAB against any casino as long as it's not on the 'no-can-do' list and that they will communicate to a third party like CM. On accredited it's even better as part of that accreditation stipulates that they must co-operate and communicate in a timely and transparent fashion with Max.

Lucas has just posted to advise you of your right to do so, and you want to too. So kick it off, and remember once you have submitted the PAB you must refrain from making comments on here relevant to it, other than banal ones like informing people who ask that 'it's still ongoing' blah blah...

One of the many great things about this is that i can prove im the sole owner of my company with no employees. Companies house and HM revenue and customs can prove this

I can also prove my family Members..

Ye Lucas, I will be doing a PAB. I suggest you try and come up with something better than your lies. Some evidence maybe? As at the minute my evidence is clear as crystal. And paperwork and screenshots can back everything im saying up..

Okay guys thanks , Please look at the photo i posted. Which proves Lucas is lieing. Come on guys don't just go at me because you don't like me. IM providing pure a clean evidence which proves im in the rite.

You have now been told what to do, if you feel you are truly in the right here then do not post anything else, just PAB, you are hurting your chances by doing so.

Shut up!!

File a PAB with Max, please!

If it then transpires after correct and proper investigation that you are indeed in the right then you have my full apologies. Hell, I'll even write a full public one on here if you want. But there is £80k at stake here. If you're in the right then prove it the right way. Don't hurt your chances any more than you need to!

So as stated above, Look below. Partner/Girlfriend , Paaske your in the UK, Partner - Girlfriend, Same thing

Where the hell does this say she is my business Partner?

15s1liu.png

Partner and Girlfriend are not the same thing. You refer to somebody as your Partner if you live together and Girlfriend if you don't. So you still broke their terms. Also stating that you wanted to withdraw to your partners business account can me misunderstood easily. I will shut up now.

Good luck with your PAB. I will be interested to see how it turns out.

Yes, yes, yes. But this is more private stuff that needs to be provided to Max and not in public - it will obviously form part of your PAB so that's where it should be collated and sent. Same with Lucas's evidence. It won't help putting it on here, we don't matter Max does. We can only offer opinions, Max can deal with the factual stuff. Get your PAB submitted, then make one last post to inform the thread that that's what you have done and then desist from posting, even if you feel some people are provoking you into responding - just don't! As Mr. Ed says, PAB then shut up!:)

You are an "experienced" member and didn't know this?

Watch it with the flaming. Your PAB will be trashed if it happens again.

I'm downgrading your Webmeister status since you are not abiding by our policies for webmasters - as already pointed out in this thread.

Well, this one is pretty dodgy. PAB failed because this guy was breaking the casinos/affiliate terms and conditions (as noted before). The casino has provided evidence that this guy admitted to his "girlfriend" working for him. The two accounts are connected.

Oh a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive...

So I guess I don't need no make that public apology to him after all then? I'm shocked...

But seriously, I can't believe he thought that he would be able to get away with it. Especially after admitting it to them?! What a daft way to blow a huge win. Cheats never prosper.

Any chance the casino will get the £10k back that was already paid?

I hope now that all other casinos that he promotes take a closer look too.
If he breaks the rules at one place then I assume he do the same everywhere.

Maybe he will learn some ethics one day. I really hope so.

Hi All,

I wanted to let you know that you can rest your mind assured that we will be keeping you posted as soon as we hear back from Microgaming once they’re finished with their investigation on the allegation made.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Hi All,

Microgaming has got back to us, and we are informed that the allegation made is false, and that the premier roulette game operated as intended, therefore there's nothing wrong with the game.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

So he lost 80k otherwise won fairly because he broke their affiliate T&C's?
Maybe that is right, maybe not.:o

Otherwise won fairly?...maybe not? Have you read the thread?
He didn't follow their rules. He was lying and stealing money through his affiliate account. How could that be right or fair?
There are bad and good people, and bad and good casinos. Guess who is what here.

The OP used his affiliate earnings to play in the first place. So "fruit of the poisoned tree" so to speak. He wasn't entitled to those earnings since he broke the terms, and hence is not entitled to his winnings.

Yeah that is how I understood it.
They are saying they disallowed his affiliate earnings that he went onto win with.

Okay, you joined May 21st, relatively close to when the banning happened, your profile says Retired web designer, his profile say web designer.........maybe just coincidental, just maybe.
