Tried to register and it stated an account existed with similar details. OK so applied logic and figured Slotocash id......but it wants a number. So click forgot ID, it asks for email address and DOB.....put those in......"we have sent your details to your email address"........nothing.

Oh I had to select instant too, as the Download button went to the download instructions, but there was no downloadable event to follow the instructions on.

Not bothered until the website can behave like a website
 
Please check if you have accepted anything like text enhance on your browser, they add advertising links to words on others peoples websites! There was a thread about this on CM not so long ago on how to get rid of it.

I cannot think of any other explanation for that link.

So, essentially, they passed along my info to someone (yes, themselves, to a degree) where I can neither register nor play. Granted, you can't much tell my address from my email, but surely you can from a person's details. There must be a way to filter out countries.

:thumbsup: That's what I'm saying...it's one thing for a casino that doesn't know your details to send out a mass mail to everyone with an email address, but coming from somewhere you already play, it seems kinda messy to just create accounts and send out welcome mails to people who won't even be able to play there.

Yes we created accounts for all our members, if you have not yet got the email (still sending) you can provide your email to support and they will check for you and send your account details. The reason we do this is so we can contact you about the new casino and keep a good relationship with our marketing partners. I know this can be frustrating for members, but as you all heard about the casino at CM first you got a head start on us ;)

I am also confused why you would get an email if from Canada so would be helpful if you can PM me your email.

I received a promotional e-mail from these guys today. The 'unsubscribe' link failed to work, so I dropped the casino an e-mail, advising them that the link didn't work and that I should be unsubscribed. This is their reply.

Prepaid Card Won't Work

Well I got signed up, went to use the same card I use at every other casino and it will not work. I called NS from this end and asked if there were any rejected transactions and was told no. I would like to play here and give it a try however I have tried depositing 4x and it won't go through. I spoke ith live chat and they didn't know what to tell me; just told me to keep trying up to 5x in an hour...They need pasteandpay so bad!!!

i don't think you right...I am from USA and and its minimum withdrawal of $150 in my cashier (still pretty high)

i won on first deposit, and awaiting for wire transfer, which was approved on Thursday. will keep you posted how long will it take

Unfortunately the minimum withdrawal limit cannot be set per individual method which is why it is now set to $150. It was on $350 at launch by mistake due to our minimum by wire being $350.

I just cancelled my accounts at Go Casino and Golden Casino this month and I was already missing all of these slots! I loved the casinos but the cashout wait was a firm 72 hours which drove me crazy. Two weeks and 3 days is too long to wait on a cashout. Knowing I'd never make it through that wait I decided to cancel my accounts. Now here I am seeing the games I love on Miami Club. Everytime with every card I have been denied, chat says only try so many times an hour, mix up your amounts etc all of which I did to no avail. I am so frustrated! I love their tournaments, way better than Liberty but if you can't deposit...then what good is it all. I will keep trying but after about 20 attempts made today I am losing hope. Anyone else have this problem with them?

Was there any affy link for cash express? If so you should report it to them too. Scumbag is encouraging people to borrow money at high interest rates and fees to gamble online. This is some serious shylock behaviour.

I dont know if you're in the US or another country.. But I use a greendot pre paid card to deposit and never have any issues.. You can get them at a 7/11 cvs wallgreens and many other places... Hope that helps... Only thing with these cards is you have to register with your ss# and after a few days you will get a pre paid card with you're account and name and when ever you want to add more fund to the card its like a 4.95 fee. Hope that helps

I am having the same problem (from USA also).. I have tried so many times to deposit there.. keeps getting denied. I wait , try a different amount, etcc., etc., and still nada!! Very frustrating.
 
I have succesfully deposited and played. Here is by bitch with this casino... I cannot get 90% of my emails to any departments to go through! I sent documents over 30 times to a variety of emails and had two of them go through. Even just emailing no attatchment gets sent back as a failure. I have a small withdrawal pending (my second one, the first one I got frustrated with them not getting my docs and redeposited) this time I withdrew on the 24th & they emailed me saying I needed one more doc. I went to my office on the 26th and sent it. Got an email back confirming that all was in order. BUT the withdrawal is still in pending! In chat I have asked several times in the last two days when it would be out of pending. At first they told me it would take 3 days because of Christmas. OK I get that so then Thursday it will come out, they said yes. Thursday they said it would take longer as they just got my last doc on the 27th. Here it is Friday and it is still there. When I went on chat this morning she tried to get me to just use that Cash Express. I told them all I wanted was my pending to come out of the casier! I am so frustrated with these people!!!!!!!
