Wagering requirements for deposit bonus coupons are 20 times the sum of the deposit plus the bonus, unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled for each and every deposit bonus used.

This rule will only be annulled after the customer's balance has reached $0 again.

If you choose to take advantage of the player bonus programs at Miami Club there are certain restrictions regarding the withdrawal of winnings resulting from wagers placed with bonus funds:

All bonuses have a minimum dollar value of wagers that must be reached before you will be permitted to withdraw. This is referred to as the "wagering requirement".

All wagers on all games qualify 100% towards meeting your minimum wagering requirement with the following exceptions:

For example: a bonus offers a 100% match. If you deposit $50 into your account you will receive an additional $50 bonus giving you $100 to wager with.

Please be advised - the use of bonus credits to place wagers on European Roulette is not allowed. Players attempting to place wagers on this game using bonus funds will have any winnings confiscated and their accounts permanently closed. If you have any concerns or questions about our bonus program, please contact our customer service department before placing any wagers.

To calculate your wagering requirement; refer to the table below:

Not impressed

Tried to register and it stated an account existed with similar details. OK so applied logic and figured Slotocash id......but it wants a number. So click forgot ID, it asks for email address and DOB.....put those in......"we have sent your details to your email address"........nothing.

Oh I had to select instant too, as the Download button went to the download instructions, but there was no downloadable event to follow the instructions on.

Not bothered until the website can behave like a website

Please check if you have accepted anything like text enhance on your browser, they add advertising links to words on others peoples websites! There was a thread about this on CM not so long ago on how to get rid of it.

I cannot think of any other explanation for that link.

Best Regards

No problem with download

I just downloaded it and had no problem.

Went on chat and confirmed no max cashout and no $6.50 max slot rule like slotocash. Can you confirm both of those are true Ms. Sloto?

I already deposited and can't wait to play these new games.

That is correct no max bet rule or max cashout on bonuses.

I don't understand this. If Canada isn't allowed, how come I received an email that says "Miami Club is now live!" with a username and password for my new account?

Apparently Slotocash imported all of there accounts into Miami Casino. So you might have gotten "imported" which I'm surprised Canada got passed there filter.

Maybe because people can't tell where you live from your e-mail address... unless yours is Chayton @ ILiveInCanada.com! :p

Seriously - I guess they just e-mailed everyone on their data-base...

KK

So, essentially, they passed along my info to someone (yes, themselves, to a degree) where I can neither register nor play. Granted, you can't much tell my address from my email, but surely you can from a person's details. There must be a way to filter out countries.

dionysus. please PM me your email and I will look into this issue.

Thanks

Ms Sloto

Will all of your early customers get an email with a new account for this new casino?
It would be good to know so I don't find myself with multiple accounts if I decide to sign up.

Actually my email is a .ca address, so it is kinda obvious that I'm in Canada. Although that doesn't keep me from getting Rival spam so I guess it's not that obvious! :p

 That's what I'm saying...it's one thing for a casino that doesn't know your details to send out a mass mail to everyone with an email address, but coming from somewhere you already play, it seems kinda messy to just create accounts and send out welcome mails to people who won't even be able to play there.

Not a big deal really, but it makes things confusing.

Yes we created accounts for all our members, if you have not yet got the email (still sending) you can provide your email to support and they will check for you and send your account details. The reason we do this is so we can contact you about the new casino and keep a good relationship with our marketing partners. I know this can be frustrating for members, but as you all heard about the casino at CM first you got a head start on us ;)

I am also confused why you would get an email if from Canada so would be helpful if you can PM me your email.

All the best

Ms Sloto

Not as confusing as a casino operating from the Isle of Man accepting US players but not accepting Canadian players. Now THAT is confusing!;)
Don't want to open another can of worms, though. Carry on...

I received a promotional e-mail from these guys today. The 'unsubscribe' link failed to work, so I dropped the casino an e-mail, advising them that the link didn't work and that I should be unsubscribed. This is their reply.

"In order to unsubscribe you have to visit your email address that you have stated in your account on registering."

Hmmm. Not sure how I should 'visit' my e-mail address.

It gets better. I've e-mailed back to the addy Miami Club contacted me from - support@miamiclubcasino.com - and it bounced.

I've sent an e-mail to their .IM addy and to deckmedia.

The .com address appears to be nothing to do with the casino - so I wonder how that extension ended up on the e-mail you got... ? :what:

Didn't there used to be a really shady Miami Club casino that was Playtech? Related to uhhhmmm like Black Widow or one of those?

Thank you Chayton.! I was wracking my brain because the name was so familiar... dug up an old note on login and password for Miami Club from years and years ago. At least now we know that this new Miami Club is one of the good guys. LOL

Received an email from an affiliate about Miami Club last night. Didn't have time to check it out. May do so this weekend. Anyone know what the minimum deposit is for debit card/USA players?
