Metro bank (MasterCard withdrawals) ?

Hi I have made two withdrawals from two different online casinos Ladbrokes and sky casino .

both withdrawals are showing as processed on Thursday 01/02/2020 but the money is not in my account . Normally when using my Visa card and bank the money is there 4 hours max after it says processed or sometime in that day .

I have rang my bank and they have advised nothing can be seen or no sign , I contact the casino they simply say it’s been processed from their side and to ring the bank again so am going in circles

has anyone used metro bank before for casino withdrawals or had any problems ?

You're generally looking at 2-3 working days for withdrawals to a Mastercard. You should expect the payment to show up between today and Wednesday.

Visa is different as those operators use the Visa Direct system, which is much quicker.

I have Metro and its usually 3 working days for me for it to hit, though some casinos seem to process this a bit quicker at 2.

Thank you for your reply guys got me a bit worried because I’ve used monzo before too which is a MasterCard also and normally in the bank by next working day but metro still nothing !
