Hi Guys

Im hoping you can help me, or hopefully their is a rep here?

On Friday i won £13,000 at MetGaming.com from a £400 deposit. Great news.

I have gambled with them for over a year now but this is obviously my largest win yet. My account was already verified but upon withdrawal they re-requested, ID, proof of address and my bank statement which I provided and were approved.

They have now requested a bank statement for an Apple Pay payment in April but the statement must be 3 months old. Ive provided this and the payment is still pending.

Live support is woeful, templates responses and no phone number.

My question is - how many back and forths should I expect and hoops to jump through for this withdrawal? I’ve never had issues previously but appreciate when it’s this large it’s a different kettle of fish.

Do we have a rep on here? Are they able to keep asking for information dating back 6+ months for a completely unrelated withdrawal and withhold despite me passing the usual KYC?

Your are at least under a UK license here so have the full monty with regards to eCogra and the UKGC.

I'm not sure if we have a rep for them here @maxd will know for sure. Yes, casinos are hoping you reverse the withdrawal with their delays in some cases but pointless here as with UK sites you cannot do this so I assume the w/d is initiated and pending?

If so, then you just have to sit it out, frustrating as it is.

We do have a PAB (arbitration service) here which you can use to represent you if need be if it gets dragged on unreasonably.

Assuming straight cash deposit and win I would say confidently you'll be paid.

Appreciate the help. The frustration is that if someone would just jump on the phone I could have everything across to them in one email but instead they have you waiting days for emails etc.

Even if you closed an account the bank has to supply 6 years' bank statements in the UK if you need them.

The card though is a different matter as they tell you to destroy it upon closure therefore if this occurred, that part would be an 'unreasonable request'.

P.S. The split w/d is nothing unusual, if you win say 40k in some accredited UK-facing sites, they will often send 4x10k payments due to banking or accounting limits. What they cannot do is send them staggered or impose daily/weekly limits, they must send the separate payments in the same timescale.

Ive actually spoke to someone from AG through RedCasino I think it was before.

No option just email and live chat but both useless in terms of receiving genuine support. I was told no documents required and all approved, only to be told they need a statement for an Apple Pay payment from April.

The strange thing is they needed the statement to be from the past 3 months but the deposit they are referencing was 6 months ago, which was strange.

I sent across a statement today so fingers crossed I hear back tomorrow.

Ive never won this large before so naturally Im nervous but appreciate they need to do their checks.

One other question i have though is that because I’ve had the account for years - are they just going to keep coming back requesting statements for every deposit? Would they be able to clarify which bank if I ask so I don’t have to search high and low?
