Instead of paying me the $150 I won they just cancelled my balance. These guys are a rogue outfit who scam their customers, and I just want to warn everyone here of the shady and unethical manner in which this criminal outfit operates.

@MaltesePlayer, thanks for the heads up. "Warning" removed from the thread title to avoid confusion with official Casinomeister Warnings.

Furthermore given the complete lack of evidence provided and totally circumventing the expected due process for Accredited casinos the title has been changed until a legitimate case has been made against the casino.

FTR, original title was "Warning: Kudos Casino is Rogue".

@Meistro: if you've already tried to contact the casino rep to resolve this -- Steven Dawson -- and you've got a legitimate complaint against Kudos then I STRONGLY encourage your to file a complaint against them via our complaints service: see new procedures for PABs for further instructions. There is a high probability that we can get to the bottom of this for you in very short time indeed.

Yes, they are saying that because I bet $10 they can just steal all the money in my account. These guys are shady. Now they are back pedaling a bit and saying if I deposit maybe they will pay me, but I think they just want to steal more of my money.

Was this on a bonus or cash deposit?

I repeat, please file a complaint so we can look into this for you: new procedures for PABs.

If this player IS from London, as their profile shows. Then how were they even able to play at Kudos, when they don't (aren't able to) accept UK players?

Hello Meistro

Thank you for getting in touch regarding your recent experience at Kudos Casino. I'm sorry to read that you did not enjoy your time playing with us.

As explained on other forums please read below the reasoning as to why your funds with us were void...

I have looked in to your account and can see that you are a new player with us and that you used a $20 Sign Up Kudos Credit on your account.

If you look through the terms and conditions for Bonuses/Kudos Credits (you can view these by clicking
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
you will see a term that states;

"During play with Kudos Credits wagers may not exceed 25% of the original credit amount. This is active as long as the Kudos Credits remain in the account balance regardless of the wagering requirement."

Looking through your play history we can see that you placed several bets over the 25% threshold hence why the winnings were removed from your account on this occasion.

Removing winnings from a players account is something we don't take any pleasure in doing and this is why we always encourage players to read the terms and conditions or contact us if they are unsure of anything.

Also for clarity, this is not a player based in the UK despite location on CM profile.

If you have anymore question please feel free to get in touch directly via PM or via this thread.

Kindest regards,
Steven

Yeah, I can confirm that the player is not in London - or the UK for that matter. Kudos casino - as well as iNetBet do not accept play from the UK.

Instead of coming here and acting like a jerk, how about reading the casino terms and conditions. Eh? :what:
