almost ultimate hit

so casinoluck had been a tad unlucky for me for past few months but i stuck with them, they have a super bonus week going on, made deposits every day and friday finally made a small withdrawal of 135, decided to take 100% and deposited 20 knowing it will be a bust but doa had other things in mind, completely dead till i get the hit

Of course he can.
Both Casino Luck and Next are blocking those games you're not allowed to play using bonus money.

Some casinos do have that rule but not this one.

I have played at Next for years and the rules are still the same. I just read the rules at Casino luck and if doa hadn't been ok it wouldn't be possible to even open it when playing with bonus money.
For this promo there was just a few rules listed. Nothing about doa.

Casinoluck are the kind of nice people that would not cancel a big win for playing an excluded game but you should still ask the support in case you have any doubts... Like I did... Just in case....

all it says in terms that any rules for a bonus would be posted alongside it, and there's nowhere on the site i can find that doa is excluded n the promotional rules state 40x wagering and thats it

You can play DOA with all our bonuses in both CasinoLuck and NextCasino, except the absolut first bonus you get when registering (the 100% welcome bonus).

I see support told you that DOA was not playable in the bonus week bonuses. They gave you the wrong information. Im pretty sure they are confusing this with the welcome bonus. I'll make sure they are properly informed tomorrow. The bonus week doesnt really have any restrictions at all. It's like an early Christmas

Some general info:

-The few games we do exclude for certain bonuses are also always technically blocked. This means they are not playable. Your balance will say 0 in those games. You wont be able to place your bet. So, if you can technically play a game with a bonus on our sites, you are doing nothing wrong. And as someone said, we would never exclude a game without technically blocking it. Nor would we void winnings for any such reason.
