So as usual Casino rewards group casino again. I never trust that group. They are soo rogue in my opinion. I would never ever trust them with my deposits. I read soo many horror stories with them.

This isn’t the case Harry. Microgaming have no access to players financial details, the funds are transferred after relevant checks and the operator pays it.

I bet whoever hit today’s jackpot is feeling rather pleased!

Thanks for the clarification Mark. I was told by a Microgaming rep some 10 years ago that a casino operator does not have access to the jackpot funds and that they go straight to the player. Maybe he just said that to calm my doubts as it was in the aftermath of the Playtech (or was it some other provider? )disaster where a lady was cheated out of her jackpot win.

The Mega Moolah Jackpot has GBP as seed currency. When you win it in USD or CAD or other currencies, then that is less and only the won amount is deducted.

CAD 20Mil = appr. GBP 11.6Mil

Hence, the value is not going down to the default GBP1 Million.

Microgaming is based on the Isle of Man, hence the jackpot is in GBP.
