However, even if this particular casino seems to like swedes I am fed up with casinos who wants to choose customers depending on where they live. In this case it's obvious that it's an marketing issue. An online casino should be able to reach all customers where it's allowed to gamble, and then treat them as equals. Different WR:s and bonuses really do make customers feel like they are less worth and I can't understand why, it's not more cheap or expensive to pay me or VWM to NetEller.

I will certainly register and take this 300% bonus offer, as I can't use bonuses at many places... Either bonus banned or because I'm a swede. :rolleyes:

All are geographically in the same region, but the Nordic countries didn't sign up to the full EU package. It seems casinos consider the Nordic countries and the rest of Europe (the warmer bits) as two separate groups of countries. Normally, the Nordic countries get the worst deal, based on arguments that they "play better", even at slots. Now, this logic is turned on it's head, with Maxino marketing as though Nordic countries are WORSE players than the rest of us. This really shows the whole thing is bullshit, and any such tales of players in one region being better at slots than those in another are simply a way to obscure the fact that it is a marketing decision, or a "charge as much as you can get away with" philosophy. Unfortunately, the internet has allowed UK customers to see that they are consistently being offered worse deals than most other countries, so customers are getting harder to fool, and have been driven to become smarter.

One thing companies take advantage of is the UK culture of not making a fuss. This is why high prices and long queues are so common, and customer service is often poor, even rude. In the US, the culture is to not put up with poor service, but to make a fuss. You don't see long queues as routine out there, and customer service is generally much better, yet despite the extra costs of doing this, prices are LOWER.

The exception is Chicago airport, my luggage got separated from me and ended up on a later plane:mad: Good job I wasn't a terrorist, as one key security measure is to ensure that passengers always travel with their own luggage on board. The connecting flight was allowed to leave before the luggage could be transferred, perhaps because it was classed as an internal flight. This was AFTER the big security scare that lead to the bans on so many items as cabin luggage.

I see you once again are trying your very best to beat up anything related to Nordicbet. We have seen it before on this forum, so you are basically only repeating yourself. Although you are now targeting Maxino and not Nordicbet.

Many of your posts are simply based on speculation and not facts. You have several times posted incorrect information, like when you started this thread by saying that Maxino only wants Nordic countries + New Zealand. Not sure what you have against Nordic Gaming Group, but it certainly seems like you have an personal agenda. I do not like it since you are misleading forum members.

Nordic Gaming Group is one of the most reputable names in the industry. Those who have followed this forum for a while will know how much praise Nordicbet in the past has received here. I strongly feel that you are targeting the wrong guys VWM.

My sessions seem to be timing out whilst I have the game on Autoplay, Anyone else experience this? I needed to re-log in...

Yes, it happened to me as well when I played there yesterday. I did not use autoplay but I was logged out after...not sure, about 30 minutes perhaps?

Playtech has a common problem with regards to their Casino on flash. Whilst the game stays active, if you choose to play another game you need to re-log in.

This just drops you in mid session and asks you to re- log in.

I don't consider 60x WR very good when Microgaming offer 30x. Even 40x is a bit excessive, let alone 60x.

Why are Nordicbet as a group treating the British among others as second class customers? A truly great operator would treat ALL of it's customers to the same level of service, the best it can offer. Nordicbet are no different from the rest, they will offer a worse deal to some markets if they think they can get away with it. It is Nordicbet that considers the UK not to be a part of the same Europe as the Nordic countries by excluding us from the best deals, and the best ongoing value for money.

I have seen many cases where customers from Nordic countries complain that what for the rest of us seems a top notch operation, has screwed them over by baiting them with a deal advertised as generally available, only to show them the smallprint where it says "not for you lot".

It is just lazy on their part, operators have long since had the ability to risk assess players individually, and this is how they should be treating everyone, as individuals, showing those who break the rules to the exit, and those who keep within them to the same lounge as all their customers.


It is the same with their "Casinomeister Special", where the small print excludes some Casinomeister members because of where they live, and even the more generally available deal is on worse terms. Now that they have adopted Quickfire, many of the games are the same as any other MGS casino, where I can get 30x WR on any offers.

When it comes to borders, one of the main arguments operators used to defend their right to offer services to US players was that the internet should not have to worry about the laws in the countries where their customers lived, but only the laws where they are based, hence by having a license to offer gambling from where they operate, they should be able to offer the service to anyone with access to the internet.

These same operators should expect to be held to the same principle when things are the other way around, else it will look like their argument to the WTO was bullshit, and that borders DO matter when it is the operator being asked to offer the same service to anyone with internet access.

Further, with such a lukewarm approach to the UK, I expect they will not be bothering with getting a UK secondary license, so when the rules come into force, UK players at Nordicbet will suddenly find their accounts locked overnight, just as Spanish players found happening to their own MGS accounts earlier on. For a UK player of Microgaming, and knowing that Microgaming will pull the plug where operators have not got the correct licensing in place, I need to be confident that the UK is an important enough market to an operator that they will get the necessary license in time rather than have UK players ditched overnight. Nordicbet's terms indicate clearly that we are in a secondary market, tolerated, but on worse terms than their main market. It is likely that they will pull out from the UK rather than get the secondary license, and comply with the burden of record keeping and tax collection for the UK treasury.

It's one thing to target a market through branding, language support, geo-based advertising, etc. More than reasonable to choose in which countries to operate based on licencing or risk issues.

But if you are going to allow players from a region, treat them equally. An outright ban on bonuses for players from certain countries is marginally more palatable than higher WRs.

But if you are having a special Casinomeister SUB, please don't exclude those CM members you do allow to play.

Feels like there's a party announced in the classroom, just to find out they only wanted the cool kids to come, and you didn't make the guest list.

That is pretty good, it is normally the game in a pop-up with a generic background, usually just the surround on the website. This does improve the experience in terms of entertainment, and is likely to keep players coming back.

I am now a proud member of the "I have been thanked by VWM"-group :D
 
Had the same error last night twice. Logged out mid session... and the game kept playing and deducting funds in the background until I clicked OK.
