Maximum Bet Breached Once by Mistake.

Hi Everyone..
Has anyone here Breached the Maximum bet just once because of accidental press while the tablet device got frozen all of a sudden.
If yes..
Did you recieve the payout from the casino without voiding the winnings..
Kindly help as i am losing sleep over this ..

It's very unfortunate the max bet button is often very close to the spin button


Some stellar casinos might forgive the 'one off' based on betting history.



However, it goes both sides; players could hit it accidentally and there's those as 'try' and pray.

I have made one withdrawal with this casino and it came to me pretty quick..
I honestly pressed it accidently when i try to bring my tablet back from the frozen mode..

That too only once..i after the tablet came the bet showed 12.5...while 10dollar bet is the maximum.

I've little advice here.
It really depends on the casino, their reputation and your history with them.

Ts and Cs are often binding (ie you agree to them) so it really comes down to you and them and your relationship as a player

You be lucky to get anything, even if it was a mistake casinos don't like paying out at any time so if you broke a rule no matter what they got you

The wagering was 40000..igot a lot of wins..reached6k and then it took back..left me at 2.5k..as of now till 1000 more to wager
So what should i do now.?

But a good rule of thumb is..play by the rules, play at a reputable casino, and, by and large, you should be right as rain

Of course i played by the rules..thats why i was pressing 2.5 bet.but this happened by accident.
That is why im asking before making a withdrawal..since it was against rules.
So all i have to do is keep my fingers crossed.

Trying to withdraw and hoping they don't notice is not going to work. They are always looking for reasons not to pay and being honest and trying to figure something out with them is the only way you can hope for a good solution.

Yeah i contacted the live chat..they said its upto the payout team to decide.
I deposited 200AUD got a 300 percent bonus..so played with 800 with 40000 wagering requirement.
That 12.5 bet gave some 20 dollars i think.not much.it was too fast..to even notice that..it was not the max bet..max bet is 50 i think..then i changed immediately and played with 2 dollar bet..and contacted them.

It's purely up to casino, they don't have to pay anything if they follow their T&C:s, some make exceptions sometimes, cost nothing to ask but if they do say no, can't see much anything help after that as violation is there, was it accident or not, don't change fact it happened.

It might be harsh but it's also very clear. I wouldn't as casino make any exceptions in these, especially when it's posted on some forum (or at least would agree with player not to post about exception made this time) as it tempt to accidentally cause you twenty similar cases within next few days who keep crying that you're not fair, you made exception to one but not others etc....

But defo worth of speaking with them and see how they take it, there are many exceptions done for this rule by many casinos so it's nothing unheard it can happen.

Multiple bets ..Yes..
Thats is why i had to start a thread.
And People who have been made an exeption
Seldom post about it because of the reason stated .

Might be harsh, but you did break the terms.

PAB is not an option for you, your only hope is the casinos good will.

So here is the quandary, most casinos will or should block a max bet that is over the limit. There are only 2 reasons not to, 1 is to catch out players in exactly this situation and the second is to accommodate potential VIP’s.

when the payout teams look at this it will be very clear whether you are a serious abuser or not. If it is as you describe Then you could be ok - if you completed wagering and then requested pay out then you are clearly a value hunter instead of a player and you may find it rejected. If you played on and gave the casino a chance to win back their money then they will see that you have a bit of gamble in you and let you keep the money knowing you have long term value.

a good casino manager can tell from your transaction history whether you area longer term good prospect (as opposed to a one hit wonder bonus hunter) and if so then you might get lucky
