Just wondering about withdrawals to Mastercard.

I know Visa often pay into bank in matter of hours but Mastercard always took a couple of days.

Anyway did a Withdrawal to William Hill Monday and noticed it was in bank Tuesday morning. Did a withdrawal last night before bed and noticed again it was in this morning.

Then did a withdrawal at half 8 this morning to Mastercard and on checking bank at 11.30 was already in.

On their site it says up to 4 hours for visa direct and 1 to 4 days for Mastercard but Mastercard payments are definitely going into bank on same time scale as visa direct now at Willy Hill.

Just wondering if anyone knows if it is just William Hill or are other sites now paying into bank as quick with Mastercard.

You can find the fastest paying casinos in our full writeup here.

It is above my paygrade "get it" haha - my 2 pennies worth is that maybe Mastercard has a Mastercard Direct now too. I do not think it is linked to Visa Direct. But maybe Mastercard was in communication with Visa and they asked if they could pay for the Direct system so they can also use it for Mastercard users? This is just a total guess. If it is happening at william hill then I suspect other casinos will follow suit eventually too. I reckon they will have to implement it like they did with Visa Direct in the Casino End.

I could be totally wrong and look like a prick but hey I tried my best as to give a suitable possible answer lol

Who knows lol. All I know is I have used same bank at WH for many a year.

And always withdraw today in bank early hours Saturday. Now it is in within couple hours only started this week.

Sure good to know as means I will lose less. Used to get good win and keep playing knowing withdrawal won't be In till 2 days later.

Now if I know it will be in bank couple hours later will withdraw lot more often.

I hear ya. But that is why I always used ewallets. Obviously I started with Skrill, then moved to Neteller, but then after I noticed more and more casinos allowing Paypal for UK I then switched to Paypal as they have no fees the other 2 do. I mean if Paypal started to do fees, then I may just start using Visa Direct myself. But I also used Ewallets for added security in case casinos got hacked or our personal info and payment details got leaked or obtained by third parties etc etc.

Also Mastercard might have just decided to make their own system without even being in communication with Visa. Who knows. It is all just speculative talk and not based on any evidence. Just some logical plausible possibilities lol. But I do not mind looking like a prick hahaha. I am used to looking like one already lol

Don't get me wrong I only use Mastercard at bookies like William Hill , coral etc.

If I use any foreign based sites I use neteller . Mostly avoid fees lol as I deposit at PP by pay safe a lot and withdraw to neteller which tops up neteller for free .

Would never use Mastercard at any foreign casinos with all this scan card and bank statement pish.

But good to know William hill is paying faster now.

Many PSP:s can process these withdrawals to Master fast as Visa direct, it can happen it's not always that direct than some other times for several reasons but it's best, there's no really difference in fastest received withdrawal between VS and MC.

I stopped using PayPal as they would randomly put in a 48 hour delay sometimes, which annoyed the hell out of me.
I also believe its more expensive for casinos to use PayPal than debit cards

Are you in the UK? Once you linked your bank account to your PayPal account deposits and withdraws are Instant.

All I do is log into my bank via the phone app and make a payment to my PayPal account which is linked in my bank account. It then gets sent straight away to my PayPal balance. Then same for when I want to withdraw from PayPal, I just login to PayPal and transfer from PayPal balance to my bank account and it says it can take upto 2 hours, but it is always Instant and done as soon as you press the final withdraw button.

Yes I am, they are instant.

But PayPal more times than I liked put random 48 hours "security" checks when withdrawing the balance.
It was for random amounts too, a few hundred to a couple of grand.
It just was too annoying a normal bank transfer would have been faster

But I have never had those security checks and I have withdrew from my paypal to my bank at least 500 times or more over the last 3+ years and every time it was instant and no checks lol.

If you mean you are withdrawing to your linked card which is the same bank account, then maybe that is why you get those checks. I never have a linked card. I just have my bank account linked only. So I never have any issues!

I haven't used paypal for a long time as they did this same crap to me too. All those holds take the piss. Sometimes it would be instant, then the next time 24 hours, then 72 hours, then 14 days. Support useless. Why anybody would risk it I don't know.
