It has come to my knowledge that (american) mastercard does not allow

any use for online gambling even with a third money processor . including for "skill" betting . Those merchants who bypass this are breaking the law and can be prosecuted . It is a known fact that ewallets such as Entropay and click2pay are not allowing upload funds to accounts via any american mastercards logo debit/credit cards as well as american visa cards , a long time ago. take notice tha tq tender allow uploading via visa Logo . There fore please keep in mind mastercard are very strict about this issue .

Yea, its because the American government doesn't want Americans spending money outside the country or should i say gambling but its funny that they let china import everything taking away all Americans jobs Makes sense.

It may be 'a known fact' in fantasy land, but I made an entropay deposit with my mastercard twice tonight. So I guess you might check those 'facts'. BTW i also use my american visa all the time at entro...

Besides misleading ppl, what was ur point?

The point is that this is simply the result of UIGEA, but ENFORCING this law has proven VERY difficult. There has clearly been an increase in seizures of funds, but so long as merchants CAN mess with the transaction coding system to bypass the regulations, users WILL still be able to use these cards for gambling provided they can find a processor willing to circumvent the current systems being used to enforce UIGEA.

The US does NOT have juristiction outside of the USA, and many of these processors and gambling providers are based offshore, in places where what they are doing is LEGAL. The current actions by the DoJ have targeted the "weak link", which is funds in transit between US players and the gambling providers where they reside in bank accounts that ARE covered by the US jurisdiction. If US players didn't deposit or withdraw to/from the US, they would not face problems, but no "fresh" money could ever enter the fray, which would limit the eventual profits available to the operators.
