You won't find many and probably no one will give you an answer to this unless they PM you (those who have found casinos who accept MC are keeping it hush hush for fear for big brother looking over their shoulder). The majority of casinos don't accept MC and many of the ewallets don't either.

Don't know what does that mean "acceptance rate" but RTG casinos accept deposits with MasterCard: Rushmore, Slots Oasis and so on.
