I hope this is OK; I really need to reach UK people for potential help.

Hi, I'm Lynne, a researcher doing a project in the UK for Sky Betting and Gaming *snip*

Right, firstly read the forum rules about posting links - I can not allow a form/doc requesting the vast amount of personal data your link does to be posted in public without thorough DPA and authentication assurances.

You need to supply solid credentials first before this kind of 'research' is offered to our members.

A huge company like SkyBet Group using a sole trader working from home seems a bit off to me. Considering their vast research and advertising budgets.

And if being an existing customer is a prerequisite, why not offer this opportunity via e-mail to existing players rather than through a third party?

We will need confirmation from Sky Group themselves that they have authorised this and that data will be treated accordingly.

In my view it's a little amateurish to expect the data you are seeking by posting an unverified link without permission on a public forum, in regard to both the forum allowing it unchecked and the members to supply it unquestioningly.

Thanks.

Hello,

Since this is at Sky Betting’s behest we look forward to hearing from them directly as to what they want to do, etc. As a forum member — ie. not a casino rep — you are not authorised to post or propose such things on the company’s behalf.

Please understand that the chances of scamming are too great with something like this for it to just be a random invitation from someone who could be anyone, hence the need for going through official channels. Should Sky Betting wish to proceed with this they should contact our Sales & Marketing people. I will send you those details via Private Message.

Awful Casino. The shite they were running there (remember the 117 Bonanza scandal), forced me to close my account and I’m so glad I did.
???

Think Snorks is referring to the scatters not appearing when you had max 117,000 megaways on 'nanza if playing it at Sky . The conversation is halfway through the 'nanza thread.
I'd hardly call it a scandal, just two different set-ups one of which separated the max-ways spin from feature trigger spins.

I played Bonanza at over 50 different sites and Sky was the only one where scatters did not appear in the 117. Until, people started posting about it and then…..as if by magic, I hit GOLD in the 117.

What I will say, is that nowadays (last 2 and half years), I rarely see a scatter at any Casino, when the max ways appears and I’ve not once hit GOLD.
