Maple Casino bonus problem

This is my first post on Casinomeister. I'm from Finland so I apologize for any errors..

Maple Casino has this freeplay bonus, where you can transfer 100 credits of your winning by making a deposit of atleast $40€, also you have to make atleast 100 bets on freeplay. I made over 100 bets on freeplay and end up winning 101,60 credits. Then made my deposit of 40€. According to Maple Casino freeplay T&C it should take about 30 min to account get verified and winnings from freeplay transferred to your bonus balance. The funny part is that after an hour or so, I received a bonus of 6 credits! :D not the 100 credits I was post to.

Then I contacted Maples support and asked that what the heck was that 6 bonus credits and where is my 100 bonus credits. This is what they answered:

So according to the Casino support, it should take max. 5 hours to receive the freeplay winnings. When 6 hours had passed, I sent them another message, but haven't got an answer. Now it has been about 20 hours and still without bonus.
 
Live chat should be able to help you out much faster than emails.

Note that if you have already taken a welcome bonus at a Vegas Partner Lounge casino, you aren't eligable for the bonus at any of their other casinos.

They told me a little bit over an hour ago that they have been verificated my account now and bonus balance will be reflected within one hour. However over 1 hour has passed already and still nothing..

This was my first deposit at any VPL casino. I have received one no deposit bonus from Aspinalls poker (it was 5 or 10 dollars) several years ago, but I don't think it has any effect.
 
I experienced similar problems, too. Delaying was general when I was playing at Vegas Partner Lounge. I signed up to their freeplay promo, the freeplay had to be claimed via e-mail. The problem is the added e-mail address didn't work and dropped back e-mails all the time. It took much more time (as I remember several days) until the freeplay was credited for me.

"7. In order to transfer your winnings from your Free Play account to your Real Account, you need to place a minimum of 100 bets. Be sure you have reached this minimum requirement to secure your winnings."

This statement "secure your winnings" is a bit misleading as you have not actually won any cashable withdrawable winnings. The "winnings" are subjected to bonus wagering. So you you will have to try and win again with your "winnings" in order to actually win something.

"8. All winnings will be transferred to your casino Bonus Account and will be subject to our standard wagering requirements. Please familiarize yourself with our wagering requirements in the Promotional Terms & Conditions."
 
Just keep hounding them. :D

I had the same problem at a couple Microgaming casinos (two different groups), just keep bugging them via live chat if things don't happen in the stated time frame.

Sometimes they say you have to log out and log back in to the casino before you will see the bonus, that works once in a while.
