I just had the most incredibly shady experience.

I opened an account to look around and read some promotions and have a chat with live support because they sent me 200% bonus offer...

I told them I will send ID docs first before depositing and get pre-approved. They tried persuading me to just deposit now and we will give you 250%...I said no and she offered more and more.


I said no thanks I will wait. They instantly froze my account. And when I asked why the support said "sorry I am unable to assist you"

I asked again, same response. "sorry I unable to assist you"

I asked once more and said just close the account, she said "due to security protocols I cannot close your account at this time"

So I told them to delete my ID and close my account I will never play here. And she said "In order to verify your account we will need notarized ID sent my postage mail" There was nothing wrong with my ID. I sent license front and back, credit card front and bac and 3 utility bills. Its the same ID I use at every casino.

I once again said to close my account and she refused.

I am so glad I have learned to speak to casinos and get a feel for them instead of just jumping in with two feet and playing. Aside from the bonus increases she kept offering me, I stood my ground and said pre approve me first. If I deposited I have a feeling I would never had got any money I might have won

Thank God you learned this lesson before you deposited and God forbid you won. I do find it strange that you would experience such problems with an Accredited casino. I suggest you PM the rep for clarification. It could be something as simple (and frustrating) as inexperienced casino CS employees.

They are NOT accredited.
I used to promote this group on my sites, but after some "shady goings on" came to light, I dumped them.
My advice is steer well clear.

Instead of writing an entire page about this I will keep it short; my experience with the GRA was horrible. They basically wanted my DNA.
The GRA seems to be set up solely for the casino's protection.
It's no wonder everyone is flocking to places like Casinomeister for help.

Clearly, they would never have paid had you won and then sent ID, which should show them WHY you were wanting to be pre approved.

They seem to have closed the account in any case, and even if they hadn't, you are not going to play there. Even though they say they can't close the account, they can't accept any bets from you under GRA rules as they have questioned the validity of your ID.

The most obvious sign that they were rogue was right at the start, offering ever higher bonuses if you were prepared to throw caution to the wind and just deposit right away. When this didn't work, they suddenly turn nasty. It's possible that they had to cast doubt on your ID as had they let you play AFTER having been verified, and had you then stuck to the terms and won, they would struggle to find an excuse not to pay you. The request for notarised ID was probably meant as a deterrent, as most players would walk away.

They seem to want the gullible player who can be bought by offering ever larger bonuses for an immediate deposit. the losers make the casino money, and when it comes to winners, they can use a variety of excuses to avoid paying out.

Just did a quick search, and yes there seems to be quite a few complaints, for a considerable amounts too.
Shame, I used to play there a lot 2 - 3 years ago, without any problems.
But things change, seems like there's only a handful of good Playtech casinos available now.

Got email from them about 2 weeks ago that i have 400% deposit bonus waiting. I took the bonus and surprisingly managed to finish wagering with little over 300€ net balance.

I made cashout and then was asked for id docs. Sent them and got all the money in 5 days total (there was also weekend involved)to my skrill.

So i think that its not totally hopeless place to play...

Same here with Club777. Got an offer to deposit 20 and play with 100. I did and cashed out 4000. I got the money to my Mastercard within a week.
