I just had the most incredibly shady experience.
I opened an account to look around and read some promotions and have a chat with live support because they sent me 200% bonus offer...
I told them I will send ID docs first before depositing and get pre-approved. They tried persuading me to just deposit now and we will give you 250%...I said no and she offered more and more.
I said no thanks I will wait. They instantly froze my account. And when I asked why the support said "sorry I am unable to assist you"
I asked again, same response. "sorry I unable to assist you"
I asked once more and said just close the account, she said "due to security protocols I cannot close your account at this time"
So I told them to delete my ID and close my account I will never play here. And she said "In order to verify your account we will need notarized ID sent my postage mail" There was nothing wrong with my ID. I sent license front and back, credit card front and bac and 3 utility bills. Its the same ID I use at every casino.
I once again said to close my account and she refused.
I am so glad I have learned to speak to casinos and get a feel for them instead of just jumping in with two feet and playing. Aside from the bonus increases she kept offering me, I stood my ground and said pre approve me first. If I deposited I have a feeling I would never had got any money I might have won
