From your post I believe you took a fee chip and won. They then told you to make a deposit ((possibly for security and verification purposes) before you can withdraw. They may have problems understanding you and so you are claiming they have a bias against Russians. I am Chinese and they have no prejudice against me so I really doubt whether your instincts are right.

Please rest assured that this is an honest group though occasionally I feel they dont communicate well with their players. As Anniemac stated, you have an avenue to voice your concern in Tom ,whom I consider to be a great rep. If they do not list Russia as an excluded country, they will pay. Just dont let your fury or your feeling that they are biased against Russians to get the better of you.

Your best move is to take a deep breath and calm down. The casino representative will look into this, and I hope that your issue will be resolved quickly. We have other members who speak Russian in the forum, so if there is a communication problem, I'm sure we can fix that too.

While its frustrating to ask time and again on docs there is no indication that racial discrimination from them. I had problems with All Star Slots a year ago when they reversed my withdrawal several times. I never thought for a moment that they discriminate against us Chinese.

We require everyone to make an approved deposit before withdrawing from the casino (the deposited funds can be withdrawn without any restrictions); you have not been singled out in any way. To accuse us of being racist is just plain silly.

From the screenshot, it looks like Google Translate caused CS to "get the wrong end of the stick", and I expect when their replies were translated back into Russian it made matters even worse.

The problem seems to be that the OP was constantly getting told that their documents would be "reviewed tommorow", yet was told this every day to the point where it clearly was NOT going to be "review tommorow, then paid the day after". CS didn't know WHY things had stalled, which was down to the need for clarification on the date of birth.

I HOPE this wasn't simply down to the different ways different countries write numerical dates, and the process stalling because of the wrong assumption that ALL players adopt one style over another. This used to cause many problems because the order was not specified on the registration form, and it was assumed that the whole world would instinctively use the US format of mm/dd/yyyy. This meant that certain dates of birth entered as dd/mm/yyyy would validate correctly on the form, but be registered with day and month transposed in the casino's database.

The OP then didn't understand that the further requests were being driven by a need to verify the correct date of birth, and interpreted the process as a "no pay game" because they were Russian.

Russian players ARE discriminated against widely by the industry, probably more so than the British, so it is a conclusion that is easily reached, as well as being credible.

Recently, there has been a case of a UK player being told at a different casino that UK players are not accepted, but this does NOT appear in the list of excluded countries.


I just hope the OP isn't a student, as if so, they STILL won't get paid:rolleyes:
