Just a general question. Am trying to w/d from a casino. I put in a $50 and had a matchplay of $50. On this amount i worked it up to $1003 on slots.
Question is this - i have had the w/d denied and found out there is a flag
put on the w/d stated as "Manager Exception" can anyone explain what this means - a Manager Exception ?

Thanks

Read the fine print. Maybe it says something like this:

"If you lose your money, all is well and payment is collected immediately from you! If you manage to win somehow, then give us some time to find a loophole so we wont have to pay you!"

Seriously though, good luck and good luck!!! The first "good luck" is for you to win at the casino, and the second "good luck" is what you'll need to actually get paid.

I think the only time I have seen this is when the player has been labeled a "Skilled" player. It could mean alot though. Did you go through the wagering requirements? Have faxback forms sent? If it was just a straight $50 with no match then I would go with the "Skilled" player thing. Since you used a match though, that's when the Terms and Conditions apply. Im sure you have emailed them or talked to them via Phone/live support. If not I would start with that.

Goodluck

Manager Exception -RESPONSE

First thanks for the help. However what is a skilled player ?

3/12 deposit 100.
3/14 deposit 175
3/14 deposit 75
3/15 deposit 100
3/19 deposit 25
3/19 deposit 150
3/23 deposit 25 + match bonus

Now these deposits did have the bonuses with them but as you can probably tell - those type of deposits certainly would indicate - that everyone of them were lost and fresh deposits made. Guess the only "SKILL" I have is that of making deposits.

By the way - have sent 4 e-mails no response except the standard denial letter of BLAH BLAH BLAH. I do not want to reveal the name of the casino as i have sought Bryan's help. And with Bryan being so busy helping others until it is my turn I just keep reversing the w/d reversal until I atleast get a response. Also since i have cashed from this casino prior I do feel that it is not fair to bash them until Bryan does his thing. I GOT TIME AND THAT MONEY AINT GOIN NO WHERE

A skilled player is one that pretty much beats the casinos rules and they have no other reason to pay. Most of them will pay you, but they will label you as this and put you on the "blacklist" that is believed to be passed from casinos...

It shouldnt matter what casino is doing this!!!! If you deserve the money then you should get it. Hopefully it's something simple.

Good luck and keep us up to date....

casino

What casino is that if i may ask? Im guessing from the manager exception that its a casino with realtimegaming (rtg) software, possibly run by oliver curran or its from coolcat/cirrus/virtualcasino group. Or connecto, portofino, hampton.

Seems like there are not too many reputable rtg:s out there anymore. The ones i trust are scifi, breakaway, inetbet, bodog and wagerstreet.

Besides these there are still some "ok" rtg casinos , but seems that 50% of the casinos listed at Old / Expired Link are more or less rogue/semi rogue.

But surely there is no way under the sun that a player could be labelled a "skilled player" playing Slots. There is zero way to affect the outcome on slots. So they cant pass that one down IMHO.

Okay

So

It is "crystal" clear and "virtually" obvious where there is
possibility that you might be labelled as a "skilled player" since
the number of them is quite few and you can guess "which casino"
by the "words" I already used and plus some casinos reputably
related with them.

Regards.

That was VERY well thought out

Sim,

You would think that wouldnt ya....lol....Ive seen it happen. They say that it's the way you wager on slots. I dont believe this at all, but...

I.E. Playing Cleo, Say you wager $2 spins until you hit 5 of something you kick it down to .40 cents for 15 spins then kick it back up to $1 for 10 spins. Then back to $2 until you hit bonus spins or something good. Ya know something stupid like that. Even though we all know you have the same chance at hitting 5 of something back to back. Well unless the software has been tainted......That's another issue though. Myself, I cant say I believe 100% that the owners/managers cant change the odds. Although alot of them will tell you they cant.....

Alright guys/girls lets not jump the gun on what casino we think this is......lol
That wouldnt be right to start jumpin "certain" casinos yet.

A Clue To Manager Exception

Well after even Bryan trying to contact them and they apparantly are even IGNORING him. The casino is PORTOFINO. Now just to keep ya up to date, i even went and spent 400 more bucks out of the 1003, i originally requested.

The request to w/d has been sitting there with no action taken since 4/14.

So i even sent Bryan another Bitch and asked what should be done. But ya gotta give Bryan time - he is very busy with everyone. So the next step i guess to take might be to Montana - but will wait until i get advice from Bryan.

BUT IN THE MEANTIME - PORTOFINO IS ON MY PERSONAL BLACK LIST

I know understand that saying Be Afraid Be Very Afraid - especially of Portofino

I'm getting confused

I think I'm getting you and your sister mixed up. You both have similar problems at the same casino - they've contacted me on sewruthie's but I need to dig for yours.

For Sewruthie:

Hi Bryan,

I posted here a part of our terms&conditions. You can find the full version here: Old / Expired Link

ZERO OUTS
A zero out is defined as any balance of $ 1 or less. Playthrough requirements carry over if you don't zero out and redeem 2 or more bonuses.
**Please ENSURE that you logout after zeroing out and depositing again otherwise the zero out will not be recorded**

Exceptions to the zero out rule
Playthrough requirements carry over even if your account balance reflects a zero balance (after logging out and back in) if any or all of the conditions mentioned below are satisfied:

If you zero out, deposit again and don't take a bonus on your next deposit
If you zero out and your next deposit is less than a quarter of your previous deposit bonus.
We do not wish to limit our players in any way, so we allow you to play any and all games you want even with bonus money!

BUT you need to have the required playthrough numbers in the games mentioned below before you may request withdrawals..

This player used a big coupon right before the deposit and the coupon she used to win this money in question. As in the 2. exception of the zero out rule I had to combine the wagering req. Altogether $28.500. She wagered $13.754 since the last zero out. It is quite straightforward.

Best,

George Goldstein

I hope this answers someone's question...

Slotguy - you never "Pitched a Bitch"

And in March I have this from you:

Dear Bryan, - ( from slotguy and sewruthie)

Earlier we wrote to you about Connect To Casino - not paying. Well today they paid up thanks to you and the Forum.

We wanted to let you know so that you do not further investigate our initial request.

:what: What are you guys doing over there?

You need to come clean now. Are you posing as two different players? I need an answer ASAP please.

Just stumbled upon this in another thread...This is an email that a player recieved from a casino.....Of course this has nothing to do with SlotGuy, or whomever it may be....Just showing what one casinos deems a "Skilled Player"

During the extended audit by our fraud and accounting department, we have recognized you to be a "skilled player" as well as having found your account to be colliding with another players account, a player who is also considered a skilled player; therefore considered high risk to BingoKnights (from now on referred as BK). High- Risk Player is a term used for players who play professionally and/or with the help of bonuses beats the game. It is very common practice among the online gambling sites to identify such customers and not to allow them to play in their site. BK will not stop you from playing on their system, but we have a different set of rules and bonus policies for such customers. From here onward the following rules will be applied to your account, irregardless of what promotions you may receive. This overrides all the promotions offered by BKs marketing team or any individual from our site and/or its affiliates.

Unless I misunderstood, I think he is referring to BingoKnights

The reference about BK regarding the definition of a skilled player is pretty accurate I think. And seems to be a big issue in online gaming these days. Unfortunately, I feel that players like myself, recreational players, lose a lot of good promo's because of the skilled players. That's always disappointing.
