The player did receive a call from Slots Jungle, so CW should (eventually) also be able to reach the player by phone. They've installed this rule, so even if it takes 20 times to get hold of the player, so be it. No reason to deny the OP's winnings (yet).

Hello, few things happens.
1. CWC finally made sucessfull call to user. His phone number was confirmed.
2. Karolina sent me PM that user enter incorrect birth of date while register. This is seems very strange for me, as they found this thing only now? After few days, after confirming that they need just verify his phone number?
3. OP stated, that he enter absolutely correct birth date while registering, after Carolina told him that he would not get paid, he open casino and found that his birthdate is usuall birthdate while you register( just as you register acc, enter all details, but did not change the line birth of date).
What the next possible move to OP? Is there any chance for him to prove us that he is not lie? I am personally really think that this is absolutely impossible for CWC to find incorrect birthdate after so many days of trying to call him + after they approve his documents, and stated that they just did not like that he miswrite his phone number in verification story.
Any opinion will be appreciated.

I doubt they changed it in your account, however you have now shown that they were wrong when they accused you of giving a false number, so this cannot be held against you.

The question is WHY is your date of birth wrong, a simple typo, or deliberate attempt to deceive thinking they won't/can't check it.

If i am student, i will change my birthdate to 30 yers or 27, not like there are typed in registration field as standart.

That just rules out one possible motive for entering an incorrect date of birth, there are others.

One common accidental error would not appear to apply in your case because of your day of birth, as shown in your profile, as the form would reject an accidental entering of your day of birth in the month field - or have CWC also logged into your CM account and changed your date of birth there too

I had this happen twice in all the years of playing when casinos had numbers for both month and day. Some casinos had the day first then the month and being used to month first and day second I never went past the 8 number on both to enter my birthday only to find 2 of the casinos had it placed the opposite of what we are used to. MM/DD/YYY format. The casinos were good about this since the numbers coresponded with my birthdate but were transposed.

Yes, as mentioned. Her name is Karolina and she's already well connected into the forums and the ongoing issues including PABs.

Precisely the issue in this particular case. CWG has a number of registrations from this player across their casinos and the registration information provided varies considerably. DOB changes from casino to casino, so too does the phone number as has been discussed here.

Do I buy the claim that the casino is deliberately falsifying the player's data in order to avoid paying him? Not for a microsecond! I've been dealing with CWG for about six years now and never once have I seen even the slightest evidence to support such a claim. IMO they are one of the most honest groups in this business. Until there is good evidence to the contrary I'm sorry to say that off-the-cuff remarks like that made by the OP aren't worth spit.

From my POV there comes a point where the problems caused by the player are the player's problem not the casino's. If the OP didn't want problems with the casinos then he shouldn't have dicked around with his registration info. Could the casino iron all of this out and make the player happy? Maybe, but they are certainly under no obligation to. Providing false registration info is an outright violation of the Terms. Tough noogies for the player if he learns this the hard way.

To that end the title of this thread has been changed to better reflect the situation at hand.
