Craps, 21 Games, Pontoon, Caribbean Hold’em, Baccarat, Tri Card Poker, Roulette, Three Card Rummy and Sic Bo INVALID (Wagers do not count for the fulfillment of the wagering requirements)
Support just told me it was changed a few days ago. The bonuses are still cashable though and there's No max cashout. Also, they just added a new Thursday bonus of 95% (max bonus amount is $95).
