O Canada!
Anyone is playing there??

They are all accredited casinos:
Las Vegas USA Casino
SlotsPlus Casino
Sun Palace Casino
Vegas Casino Online

I don't think i liked what i read so far but I am thinking about trying something new....

Reasonable bonus terms:

* The above offers apply only to your initial deposit with Vegas Casino Online.
* The initial deposit bonus may only be claimed once per household.
* To withdraw your bonus, winnings, and deposit amount you will need to wager 40 times your deposit plus bonus

The better question should probably be: Does anyone win here?

I played exclusively (as far as RTG goes) with Main Street for about 4 years.
The WR are VERY high, the withdrawal times are VERY long, and the wins are few and far between (compared to ANY other RTG casino).

That being said, the support is generally nice and helpful.....but this will eventually be forgotten after deposit after deposit of NADA

The biggest issue seems to be their very delayed payment schedule. It seems to get longer and longer, with the expectation now being 14 days or more. They do pay though, but so do the other accredited RTG casinos, who also pay much faster. The games will more or less be the same, you will have bad sessions at them all at some time or another. If waiting 14 days for payment is not a problem, then it should be fine to try them just to see if your luck changes.

I have played at slotsplus for over a year now. My first withdrawal from them was a few weeks ago. Here is their problem they accept instadebit as a deposit but not for withdrawal. So i have to use my ewallet to get my funds with it turn meant i had to email them my account info. Customer service tells me it has hit the 2 week period they will look at it soon. I just wish they would stop putting the funds into play then i have to put it back to cashout. And i took no bonus so that isnt the problem.

Surely this is rogue territory. This should not happen (casino reversing withdrawal without player asking for it). If you didn't keep checking up, you could find they reversed it without you noticing, and all the while you would be waiting for it to be processed. Eventually, you would find out, and you would have to start over, with a NEW 2 week wait.

This should be brought to Max through PAB - this is not up to the standards expected of an accredited casino. A withdrawal, once made, should stay that way, until processed, UNLESS the PLAYER specifically requests a reversal. Continually reversing a pending withdrawal is a "stalling tactic", which causes a new cashin process, and 2 week wait, to be repeatedly triggered.

They used to pay within 3-4 days.

I touched on this very same issue back a couple of months ago with this outfit and whether or not this should be considered as "Accredited" worthiness ??

I remember that Rob...and it never really got any attention. I also brought it up a very long time ago, not long after UIGEA was first voted on and passed. Some people had complained about the two week waiting period, and I questioned then whether that was acceptable for an accredited casino. I think at that particular time that Bryan misunderstood me, and thought I was referring to US players, but I wasn't. I myself had gotten on live chat asking them about payout methods, and that's when I was informed about the 14 day thing. I stressed to the CS rep that I wasn't from the US, and they reiterated that it was standard practice, even paying to an ewallet such as Moneybookers or Neteller.

That finished me with them, and I never did play there. There is no excuse in the world for any casino to take 14 days to pay to an online ewallet. Not when Inetbet, CW and others can do it in (most cases) under 24 hours. Totally unacceptable in my book. And this latest revelation of unauthorized reversal of withdrawals is definitely bordering on rogue behaviour, IMO.

In all fairness to Bryan, I never did push the issue back then....more than likely something else came up with me. But this should definitely be brought to his and/or Max's attention ASAP.

The Mainstreet Group was a much better place to play when they ran under the Playtech software....I was a frequent player at Twin Aces casino and they were first class all the way. Nothing but downhill since switching to RTG.

I totally agree, it is unacceptable behavior for an "Accredited" operation IMO to be acting in this manner and paying out their players with such a delayed time frame. I would love to promote these guys on my site as one of the better RTG brands BUT under these conditions I just cannot morally feel right about promoting them to my players and visitors, not right now anyways.

Hi all i thought i would touch base on this as i said feb 20 i put in for a withdrawal. I was then in contact with the affiliate as cm site was being updated i could only find the mainstreet affiliate at that time. He was kind enough to help me with what he could. I have just now sent off another msg to the mainstreet group asking them if they have any info on my withdrawal and explained that i put it in on feb 20 and im still waiting, and that i had been approved long ago, And that i had on feb 21 sent in my ewallet info in a email, as this was not my means of deposit and you cant withdraw with instadebit, so lets see how long it takes for a response on this.

So it's been 18 days now and you have not even heard from the casino itself regarding your withdrawal Laura ? Which one of the Mainstreet Group of casinos was this ?

I guess Main Street doesn't feel it necessary to touch on this at all?
Has anyone PMd the casino rep? Personally, I just saw this thread now - so silence is not necessarily an act of aloofness :p

These long periods of payouts are troublesome - like Pinababy mentioned, I thought the long pay-out time was for their US players only. If it is indeed for everyone - then this is not a good thing. And yes, they should make this a shorter waiting period. I would expect this of a casino listed here.

Yes i sent another pm off this am and live chat still says it takes over 2 weeks per their info on their website.

Thats nice and all that they have kept in touch with you, but what good is "customer service" when they seem to stamp their max withdrawal time on all cashouts???

Its simple: If other accredited RTG casinos can pay US players in a timely fashion, how can Main Street impose a 2 week withdrawal time and still be an accredited group??" Just because they adhere to their policies/T & C's....what good is that if said terms are unreasonable and not up to standard of other accredired casinos?

I recall another thread recently where the Main Street rep came in and said they have 2 weeks listed on their site for the few times when there are "odd circumstances" arising from the withdrawal. However, from what most posters have said, it is clearly the rule and not the exception that everyone is hit with the 2 week limit.

They have told me before that there is a problem paying US players. Well I don't see it as being a 2 week problem....that is baloney....others do it, so they can to. I used to give them the benefit of the doubt as they used to pay me via Western Union and that was a bit faster than waiting for a check. But since they no longer have that option there is no point in playing there.

This is way to long to wait

So i hear back from mainstreet group and now they are saying that my ewallet account info is wrong. Now i gave it to live chat and twice in a email. This has gone through with all other rtg groups and mg and even playtech. Now i will get a cheque via mail. here is a copy of the email.

Dear Laura,

I am glad to be of assistance. As promised, I reviewed your case with our Financial Department and it seems that the delay on your withdrawal was due to a problem with your ewallet account number.

They attempted to pay the withdrawal several times with no success as it seems that your ewallet account is blocked. The information we have is account name: xxxxxxx and account number: xxxxxxxxxx

Our Financial Department sent you an email again of March 3rd to confirm the ewallet account information and they were still waiting for your response.

Today; after reading your post in the forum I spoke to them and the best thing here was to decline your withdrawal and request it once again but with a different method for your convenience. Financial has requested already the $70 to be sent via Regular Mail. As our checks are sent from Canada; you will be receiving the check in a shorter time frame.

I want to apologize for all this misunderstanding but please kindly notice that all this was totally out of our hands as they were expecting a response from you.

The important thing here is that the case was solved and your check has already been requested.

Hope this information is useful; but if you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact us again. It is always a pleasure to be of assistance.

Kind Regards

Amy March
Customer Service Department

So after waiting this length of time they didnt even attempt to try and put the funds into my ewallet and state they emailed me on the 3rd, only email i have from them on the 3rd was a promotional one. This is the reason i didnt play longer i thought check it out see how long it takes. Not worth it players.

I have no clue funeral i have all their emails there was nothing from them in march even live chat on march 3rd told me they wouldnt even attempt to cashout that till the 2 week period is up. Now few days for the chq then 21 days clearing as i said i cashed out as it was the first time i didnt just loose my funds within a few min and thought lets just see how long this will take.
My last deposit with this group if you have to wait this long i before i found cm played at a few of the no no casinos they never took this long to pay.

I knew I'd read another case very similar to yours Laura. It was Jenn1381, also a non US player (she's Canadian). The exact same thing happened to her as well. Requested payout to her method of deposit, after no communication, and two weeks going by, she was told they had issued her a cheque. Totally unacceptable. All anyone needs to do is search Mainstreet Vegas or Mainstreet Group, and you can see there have been numerous threads about this very subject.....prolonged waiting times to receive cashouts.

I'd also like to see these "unauthorized reversal of withdrawals" addressed.

Here is Jenn's post, back in December of 2007.

Guess I'll put in my 2 cents as a non US player :)

Played at this group for a bit, until I found out how long payouts took. It took over 2 weeks and I was not paid via the method I asked for. When the Instadebit withdrawl was denied I only got an email stating it was denied, had to find out via live chat that a check had been issued. I would have liked a bit more communication there. My other pet peeve with this group is that it states (unless this has changed, haven't checked in a while and have no time now) on their website that if you deposit anything, even without a bonus, you MUST wager your deposit five times or face charges when you try to cash out (not sure how much, they only said the charge would vary based on your method of withdrawl). When I don't use a bonus there's a reason, I want no restrictions.

Since finding Clubworld, I haven't gone back to mainstreet and I won't. Customer service was alright, just think they need to communicate with their players a bit more. Bonsues are small, but some people like that. If you can handle waiting 2 weeks (non US) to one month or more (US) to get paid it's not a bad group, they will pay you. They are, unfortunately, just yet another group of casino's using the new laws to hold off payments, even to people not in the US. Funny, clubworld pays me by the next day pretty much every single time.

Thanks pina for that i got another email from them. Asking again for my ewallet info. What i found strange was they said they sent me asking me for more info on the 3rd march yet i never got that email,I did that day get 2 other emails with bonus offers. And that day also i was in live chat with them telling me the 2 weeks was still not up and they got my ewallet info just a matter of waiting.
Now they say that the ewallet account is blocked for them to fund me is that because it wasnt my means of deposit im not sure so i guess chq it is. This is a small withdrawal as i had said it was to check things out. I am more or less now thinking of never mind the games in so many casinos are not hitting. The fact that you do manage to get up there and want to withdraw you have to wait weeks for it. Takes the fun right out of it. On the 22 with chat i landed reversing it like they said to see if there was a area to add my ewallet info in yet there was not only to place it back in. To me its more like a stall method that makes the player just want to play it off rather then wait this length of time for their funds. Other rtg just over the 24 hours and at times less have paid, me and then it was the same thing my withdrawal was not means of deposit.

I am not a big fan of RTG

without getting too much into this, I would usually recomend other groups that are much more - user friendly then U got less to worry about. I guess there are always low grade players but assuming they didn't become more common, casinos are becoming more strict, suspicious and their terms toughen! go for the easier-going fair and square accredited-for-sure ones:thumbsup:

I like to try new casinos out, i was very lucky 3 times and i was new.
Personally i don't mind waiting for a bit, as long as i am assured to get paid.
I am more concerned that the games seems to be very tight and lately i was not doing well already on any other RTG. I like the games though... This is just my impression from reading the posts here and also not seeing any screenies. So i guess i'll wait....

thx for your replies!

Ok one more update they did manage to get this into my ewallet account tonight. So i thank them for this.

So the ewallet started working again all of a sudden huh, ya know, I'm really glad you finally got your money and all but it really makes one wonder what all the other players out there in cyberland have to go thru with them if they are not members of Casinomeisters site here.

I personally think that it helped more that anything else after Bryan said what he did in this thread. I'm sure they read Bryan's sentiments here and all of a sudden decided to make it work and make it work quick, which is all fine and dandy and if they can process it this fast when they choose to then they can process cashouts this fast all the time IMO.
