Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. My CS team has just forwarded this issue to me. It seems that for some reason, our content team forgot to update the page description from 200% to 100% for the 1st deposit. Funnily enough, this evaded us for nearly over a year and no customer has ever brought it to our attention.

I apologise for the mistake and will ask our content team to change it first thing Monday Morning. In the mean time, I apologise and have instructed our customer service team that should you go on chat, please refer to this thread and they will credit the extra 100% upon your first deposit.

I apologise greatly and thank you in advance for letting us know of the issue albeit in an unorthodox fashion A PM would have solved it faster Only found out that there was a thread cause the Screenshot you had with my CS showed it.

Nevertheless, as stated above, all you need to do is head onto chat, after making your first deposit, and they'll credit an additional 100% for you in bonus funds.

Made this thread just to see if anyone else has used welcome bonus and see what they got

FYI just found out dead or alive 2 is also banned from using bonus money maybe update your terms and put dead or alive and deal or alive 2 cause they would easily get people in trouble, Thats unless you cant even use bonus money on banned games then thats no issue

We're still working on getting that Tab Description sorted it ASAP
