Big Bonuses vs. Realistic Terms — What’s Better for Steady Players?

I like playing bigger deposit bonuses to prolong my playing with my initial deposit so not that worried about a cashout, I will not touch the likes of 45x+ wagering as it's near impossible to cashout anything.

Some casinos offer huge welcome bonuses with high wagering requirements, others smaller ones but easier to clear.
From your experience, which approach is actually better for steady players—larger bonuses or realistic terms?

Most important thing is they pay out. Both are +EV

For steady play, I’d take realistic terms almost every time.
Big bonuses look great, but high wagering + short time limits can turn them into pressure. You end up changing how you play just to clear it, and that usually leads to mistakes or chasing.
Smaller bonus with clearer rules (reasonable wagering, enough time, not too many restrictions) is easier to use without forcing your session.
So for me: smaller, realistic promos > huge headline bonuses, unless the big one has surprisingly fair terms.
