In order to get a reply so soon the rep would have had to read your PM which was sent in the afternoon, pause everything else they might have been doing to take a look into your account, possibly have to consult another department for more answers, and then get back to you here before going to sleep.
Rep is in Malta and probably not a degenerate like myself who stays up until 4am, so they probably went to bed at a civilised hour and will likely get back to you at some point later today once he or she has gained a better understanding.

Like I said in the beginning, it seems we're going backwards in withdrawal times. Probably makes sense for the casinos financially. Less people to hire and pay. More players that reverse and play their money back.

No way a regular withdrawal with no bonus play should take days in the year 2022.

I remember the golden days of Guts in about 2015 or so. Had a huge win of almost 50k. Went to sleep and the next morning when I woke up the money was in my bank account. That's the way it should be. None of this waiting for 1-3 business days before they even take a look at a withdrawal.
