The initial game that the spins were given on worked, i only made a couple of quid, but no other bf games will load, they just sit on the initial loading screenshot/screen, and nothing happens. Tried other providers games , playngo, pragmatic, they all work fine - but not a single bf games
game will load.

Now just tried it on mobile too - every other game provider loads.. bf games ..nope - hit the play button and nothing happens. (other providers games load after hitting play).

edit: just to add finally.. tried some bf games at other sites such as videoslots, they work fine elsewhere. But i did come across an oddity i couldn't explain. I opened cave of fortune on videoslots and the winning amount i made from the free spins (£2.10) was showing up on the screen there. How is that even possible?

Anyway im guessing for some reason they dont want me to play what i won - which means any bf games game.

All my browsers were cache cleared etc, so dont think it would be that? Anyway i just spoke to Lvbet chat and they said they are having issues with bonus's/games etc , so im guessing its why none of those games are working still. Still odd that it showed a £2.10 win on VS and thats the amount I won from the free spins on Lvbet.

Did you screenshot it?
That is extremely dodgy, it means they can track you over different casinos.
I wasn't happy that BTG games can do it across Paddy Power and Betfair, but get why, as it's all the same account server, but across 2 different casino groups? That shouldn't happen.

I can't load the game in LVbet now, and I forgot my VS password to look there, but the part where you circled in yellow that shows 2.10, im pretty sure that is the bet size? Though I appreciate you have a bonus balance at the top right
I won 16p from my 10 spins and noticed it was a minimum of 30p a spin so just closed the game and left the balance in the casino to linger.
