I’ve heard of casinos not bothering to get a UKGC licence but to actually pull out of the market for new players is a worrying precedent.
Granted its only an Aspire Global casino, but i’m thinking the UKGC - which has had some positives - is making the UK market much less attractive as a territory.
We need a balance between regulation and an ability to have a profitable business, and it seems that things may be slipping to far to the rules and regulations side. What we don’t want is the situation that Australia has where players are limited to a few government Casinos. That will be bad for everyone.
