Well it seems you guys had lucky experiences because mine has been terrible so far.

I made two withdrawals to credit card.

They did not tell me to send docs immediately, took them at least a week.

Then I sent the docs, took several back and forth emails to get them to approve them.

Then they kept trying to get me on the phone for a courtesy call (I have NEVER EVER had to do this at any casino I have played in the last 11 years, I mean what if I'm deaf and I can't use phones???). That took close to a week.

Then once we were on the phone they said my withdrawals would be paid "next week". That was almost two weeks ago, and I still haven't been paid!!!

In the mean time they had reversed one withdrawal (without telling me) which I mistook for a bonus and played out, so that's gone forever.

I have been emailing them and asking online support as to what's happening to no avail.

Pretty close to calling this one a rogue casino.

Nothing but bad experinces with these live support is alwful and the payout not great .Still awating to hear back from the rep on here 4 weeks seen i messaged them

Well, as they are accredited here you should report this fact to the Admin - they are supposed to look-in occasionally and be responsive to player issues in a reasonable time.
In fact I'll report your post.:)

My experience has been very good so far, tbh.

Starting playing in January, withdrew 4 times amounts between 600-1500$, was always flushed immediately and the money in my Neteller account in 3-16 hours.

Never had an issue, they even accepted my Thai utility bill for verification (they did the translation themselves  )....... live chat times out sometimes when requesting it..that is an area they can improve. Other than that their VIP hosts Mo, Shihaam and Alex are very quick to respond and have always been very helpful, also their rep here on the forum answered my PM's within the hour.

Has become for me a real alternative to "number color".

I have to agree with Shaman and DavDav. Joining up with this bunch was a very, VERY bad move on my part.

Sent in docs after receiving the vague, post-withdrawal request email which doesn't *explicitly* ask for them.

They contacted me by phone a day or 2 later, told me all was in hand.

BUT I'm STILL waiting for the withdrawal, the request was made on the 27th February, and it still shows up as "work in progress".

So, I tried to contact their live chat help, several times. Every time, the same result:

"Sorry, all our representatives are busy. Click here for other ways to contact us".

Can you guess where that link took me to?

Yep. The Microgaming homepage. *Really* useful and *really* professional, huh?:mad:

Sorry to hear that, write an email to vipsupport@lucky247.com , FAO Alex or Shihaam and it should be sorted first thing on Monday. They are not working on weekends.

I never waited more than 16 hours to get paid during weekdays, never an issue.

They also have a rep here called LuckyNefty, he might be able to help too.

I agree though their live chat is very often unavailable, i refresh sometimes for 10 minutes before somebody answers.

The final outcome for me was that they paid me $1500 out of $4000, about 3.5 weeks after I withdrew.

The reason they said was it is in their terms and conditions "Where a sign-up or other bonus has been credited to your account, and after meeting all wagering requirements, we reserve the right to limit your withdrawal to a maximum value of 6 times your first deposit amount and any remaining balance will be forfeited."

Which is complete rubbish if you ask me. Not a worthwhile casino if you can only make 6 times your deposits at the most.

This is pretty poor given that they use the vague "reserve the right" wording rather than it being a definitive rule.

If you haven't already, you should now escalate this via PAB.

that is bad, makes me re-think to play there :(

This term appeared at Palace Group, then the old Belle Rock casinos, and then it seems on to Fortune Lounge. It has no place in an accredited casino, and you will no longer find Palace Group on the accredited list. It seems rather odd therefore that this term has now unexpectedly turned up at Lucky247, which has no connection whatsoever with Digimedia (FL, BelleRock, Jackpot Factory) nor Palace Group. Worse, it's being enforced seemingly as a matter of routine.

Such a term should either apply to all or not be mentioned, not selectively applied retrospectively after a player has won an amount significantly greater than this term could limit it to.

Jackpot Factory also got removed from accredited after pulling a "spirit of the bonus" stunt on a number of players.

We really need to see a PAB over this so that we can get to the bottom of this, and also the wider issue of this term unexpectedly existing and being used at an accredited casino. I can't believe that this term would have been allowed in it's current form and usage when they were being assessed for accreditation, so maybe it has been snuck in under the radar, and has now drawn attention to itself.

6x max cash out is a wrong one if I do say so,

I just looked and it states no U.K players? Than looked on there site and they have a U.K licence, Also get emails of them at least one a day & from U.K
