The accounts have been reviewed.

The bet limits here are based on the max bet restrictions while bonuses are in play. i.e. 20% of the bonus issued.

This approach is in fact common to just about all casinos.

hi just to clarify that this is indeed a cap on IM which is used when using a bonus , tested site today to see wether i could go past the £3 per spin i can go upto £6 per spin , )

Sacha sorted me with some free spins to try site again and I must say I was impressed.

Won a few quid but messed about to try out the slots and everything ran smooth and there was none of the log out probs I had encountered before.

Sacha took the time to respond which I appreciate.

It was explained to me like this. I deposit $50 and get a $25 bonus @ 50%. The max bet on the bonus according to the T&Cs is 20% so $5.

I was playing at 1c up to $3 a spin. Whilst technically I could play $5 a spin I could not change to 2c because it would take me over the limit Max bet being $6.

The simple solution was to increase my deposit to $100 which allows for $10 bets on a $50 bonus.

The confusion is because I have not come across this at other casinos before.
