With the sheer download volume associated to MGS and the software still having a few bugs, have been trying out Quickfire casinos lately. Apart from a couple who seem on the up and up, I'm finding a few of these places have heavily reduced bet limits. Which always makes me nervous that their not as well funded or backed.

$11.25 maximum bet on Thunderstruck seems very low for a MGS casino, when I compare it to say Gaming Club where I'm sure I can play at $90 a spin, while other places have a max of $45 a spin.

Has anyone heard of this casino? And, I'll also ask, why are the bet limits so low?

used 20 free chip, 4x wild karate pig, 240euro.... max wd 100 if u have creditcard
deposited 20 via skrill, got 100% match, turned it in 600 (incl. the 240)

customer support has no idea how to handle this. its like i caught them on their 1st day on the job

hope that i can get it all sorted out without the use of a credit-debit card.
i'm thinking about forfeighting the 240 on the no dep bonus (max wd 100 only), if i can withdraw the rest to my bank account or even better.. skrill moneybookers

i must say that the customer supp i spoke with, were looking into everything and replied immediately on emails with documents etc...
the games are nice, i like not having to download, since especially mgs tend to make my pc slower.
normally when i clear a wager on some bonus, i know i did it cause my balance goes into a free fall...
not here!
won on all kinds of slots on max 1 euro per spin bets. karate pig 4x wild- 40 cent spin got me 240 euro, some witches slot i played 50 cent a spin, got me in regular game 252 euro (in 1 spin)

Good luck!!

I am gonna change the name to Unlucky 247, I signed up, had nothing but technical issues, was logged in but banking page kept asking me to log in again, I would go to play a game and it would almost load and then a popup would occur telling me that my user name or password was incorrect (and yes I was logged in), "Serge" from chat wouldnt listen, finally I spelled it out in big block letters, got frustrated, asked for a transcript of the chat and then mysteriously the chat window closed, went back to chat, got "Serge" again and he stated somehow we got disconnected, I asked for the trascript of the previous chat, he then told me to log in again..........

I ended up sending them an email to close my account and remove me from any mailings, of course I could not log in this morning but did receive an offer email from them.

you should ask 4 Shihaam, he/she is very good, clear and helpfull. i think serge is rather inexperienced.
do you have cookies allowed from the site? and popups?
what browser do u use? in chrome i haven't had any problem

Well, I am now on Live Chat with this Shihaam. They claim not to have received my online utility bill which I sent a couple of hours ago.

Now Shihaam tells me that I should provide an original invoice, but I only receive online invoices from my utilities company. They are making it difficult for me, stating that they cannot accept online/electronic statements for security reasons.... Never had any problems with other casinos though.

Open the invoice and go into full screen (if through a browser press the F11 key once) and do a print screen (PRTSCN button right above your arrow keys) -> Go into Paint -> push CTRL+V -> your image should have been inserted now, then click file -> save as.

Thanks smokeeye, they also accept a letter from my Tax Dept, so I sent them that, but now they claim they've not received it, 30 minutes after I sent the email. Suddenly (which Shihaam should have told earlier of course) they say I have to make a qualifying deposit of at least 20 AND register a credit/debit card. This was not handled well. The promo terms did not mention this requirement when I read it.

Also, withdrawal times (for Neteller) are 72 hours, 24 hour pending period, no flushing. Had them close my account and destroy all the docs I sent them.

Bunch of clowns, lots of time wasted. No thanks.

Fwiw, I tested them out a month ago and it went OK. Not many players like a pending period so obviously that's an issue and I found the website layout a little confusing at first but I tested a substantial cashout to a debit card and after the pending period, docs took less than 24hrs and the money arrived in 3 working days to my bank account (UK) which is pretty normal for an "offshore" operator. No messing around with deposit form signatures or anything like that. Obviously I wasn't playing on a bonus.

I also spoke to their casino manager a couple of times and he seemed to be pretty clued in.

The pending crap, no manual flushing or weekend cashouts means there's no real threat to 32Red and co but they were pretty much par for the course as far as MG casinos go.

I have been playing there lately it is a new casino, I won a big amount of money add first they didn't let me cash out to an e-wallet as stated in the terms and conditions. But after asking if it would make an exception they did. So I think they handling things good over there. Was payed very quick BTW. I hope they will make a shot to being accredited Great support!

I tested them a month or so ago, taking their NDB. Won the max limit after the playtrough, deposited their min deposit and played it trough as required, and requested a withdrawal. Got the money in a week by withdrawal to my visa card.

The support is helpful, but i feel they are a bit inexperienced sometimes.
