I signed up with lucky emperor, depositing $50 -
promo terms were:
When you make your first deposit of up to $100, we'll credit your account with a matching bonus of up to $100 FREE!

The wording states 'up to' implying a match of any amount upto $100.
I had a spare $50 lying in neteller so I thought i'd have a play Saturday afternoon.

cust service are not matching my $50 - they say it has to be $100 - I have asked them to verify this!

They have flatly refused to conform to their stated offer of a matching bonus and have now changed the wording of the offer on their website! the bonus is now a flat D100 B100 whereas when I signed up it was a matching bonus
They will no longer answer my emails or offer a decent explanation or any apology

My first bad experience of a casino - what gets me the most is, I could have used that money on one of the decent monthly offers at another casino!

If playing with these, double check all terms and if possible(reading here now though, that's a complete waste of time!) make sure you take a copy of the t&c's and record any correspondence

I can't really be bothered about the $50 (25-30 quid) but it's the principle of the thing, I 'enjoy' playing JOBpp when i have a bit of spare cash, but for the sake of $50 - It's the feeling of getting raped! - pass me the sponge i'm having a bath!

This is copied and pasted right from they're website. Perhaps you should have read the promotion a little more carefully.

We are so confident that you will enjoy the friendly atmosphere and exciting games that we will give you $10 for FREE, no purchase required! All you have to do is download the software, register as a real player, and we will deposit $10 FREE directly into your account. When you make your first deposit of $100, we'll credit your account with a matching bonus of $100 FREE!

From that it seems like they are in the right on this matter. No worries, just withdraw and they will honor your cashin I'm sure. This group of casinos, Casino Rewards, is very reputable and very trustworthy.
Cheers

thesmacker, you misread what I wrote (right at the top of my post)
When I signed up on Saturday the offer was:

When you make your first deposit of up to $100, we'll credit your account with a matching bonus of up to $100 FREE!

--- OF UP TO --- was in the wording!!!!
This has now been changed on thier site either yesterday or today so they don't have to give me my $50 bonus

Pete

Did you get a screen shot of the terms on Saturday, I hardly beleive they changed this just to trick you out of a 50$ bonus.
The way the casino rewards system works the bonus would have been put into comp points in about 20 minutes after you signed up where you can go redeem them in your casino rewards account. If you noticed the bonus was not there within an hour why didnt you contact support right then and there before they altered the wording on the site 2-3 days later? Either way why don't you pitch a bitch so the meister can get to the bottom of it.

You've missed the point! I did get a copy of the terms and conditions - and emailed support 5 times, and used live chat - as they blankly refused to honour the bonus terms I asked for a manager but they said it won't be sorted out until business hours - monday - when I got my last email from them saying "although it says of up to $100 bonus it means you have to deposit exactly $100 to get the bonus!!!!!!!!!!
This is when they changed the T&C's as obviously it was wrong, but my point is, they should have honoured the t&C's I signed up with!
I've been doing casino's quite a while, I study the t&C's carefully with any casino I join and know which ones to avoid.

My point is although it is only a measly sum of $50, it show's that casinos make/change/bend the rules to suit them - I would ahve thought they wouldn't have been so stubborn for $50 - unless they really need it that bad.

You're hard work! I don't expect to get the bonus cash, or expect anyone here to try and get it for me - I'm posting my experience of this casino for other people to think about!

Pete

p.s.
They did give me the 10$, but not the match bonus - I read and understood the casinorewards system.
also,
I frequent another casino forum and got the guys there to check out the T&C's on Saturday - it was a match bonus UP TO $100

Pete

I agree Pete, the casino should not be able to reneg on an offer by retroactively changing the terms and conditions, this is dangerous territory for a casino to enter as it is may be the biggest pet peeve for players. I'm sure the Casino Rewards Group monitors this board and it would be prudent for them to shed some light on this issue.
BTW Pete, no need to get upset, I'm a little slow, takes me a while to understand things ;)

They can't afford to give you the bonus because I deposited $100 there on sunday ($110 bonus) and am cashing out $400 now.

Sorry bud!

pete you misread the t and c. It says up to 100 not 101,not 102 etc. very clear. it does not state you can deposit less than a 100 and get a bonus.

Rainman.
If the terms were so clear on Saturday, why has the wording now been changed by the casino?

Any way you read it anywhere in the world, the sentence:
"When you make your first deposit of up to $100, we'll credit your account with a matching bonus of up to $100 FREE"
by it's very construct, more than implies a matching bonus of ANY amount from $1 up to $100.

The point i'm trying to get across is this casino will change whatever is needed for it's own benefit. Previous posts on this forum have been in a similar vein where the casino has altered various T&C's to avoid payment of legitimate winnings.

How would you like it if you went to the bank on payday to draw out your wages, only to be told "sorry, all your cash has gone, we had to change the interest rate this afternoon......."
