Lucky Creek - questionable action

I had almost $2K in quicktender. I saw that Lucky Creek was still accepting their deposits- I went on live chat and said that my plan was to deposit my funds in their casino, play for a while and then withdraw by another means- I was told that would be fine- I did so, played for a long while- won a little- and requested a withdrawal via check. On the day that Quicktender announce they were ceasing operations- i get notice from Lucky Creek that my withdrawal to Quicktender went through. Live chat and emails and have gotten me nowhere.
 
I'm pretty sure there's a casino manager that Max has been in contact with before, try sending a PM to Max (right under the photo is a link to send private message) and see if he can give you that info, or maybe he can have the manager contact you. Good luck.

Really? :confused: Nothing in my records that I can see, and I don't recall anything about this. Do you have something specific that might jog my memory?

I thought I saw somewhere that you'd been contacted by the manager regarding some player issue. Maybe I'm remembering wrong. :oops:

Do they have a rep here? I did a search on the i-Gaming rep page and came up empty.

i have played all of this group casino's and my expirience have been good, they like to use phone calls for verify some details and actualy it is pretty cool because they give a some freespins always after phone checking. give them a call support is in french. actualy i told them about casinomeister some times ago when conversation on the phone went offtopic(beer,ladys etc heh..) they was aware about meister "one of the casino blog sites" so i did not go any further, maybe they find out by them self this great site
 
Additional information on Lucky Creek quesionable action

My original request for a withdrawal asked for check via US POst. It was pending for 3 days- after discussing with my wife- i canceled the request on 5/24/11 and made a new request on the same day to send check via fed ex. The very next day is when QT went under and I received the message that my withdrawal was made to QT. Less than 24 hours after my latest withdrawal request- when my original request had been pending for 3 days. It cant be a coincidence that they sent money to QT in less than 24 hours and that QT went under that day.
Could be, I'll have another look.
