lucky creek casino ???

Thanks KK.
BTW do no waste your time guys and gals....not worth it IMO.
The letter that came with the CD says 250...the cs said nope, 100 plus 25 every monday with a deposit.
Deposits options available...only one, credit card.
I can imagine what the withdrawal options are:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

I played the 100.00 ND, the only game i liked was the western one, really not my cuppa tea as far as slot play and casino software goes but to each their own, i will say the CS was helpful but thats about the extent of it imo.................laurie

I just played the 100 and was sort of glad I found it as my regular deposit option is having problems tonight so had nothing else to do. Tried to really make it last for awhile. Ha! I'm pretty sure it was under 10 minutes. Now what darn it! :)

Lucky creek casino

Hello all.
I recently played my $100 bonus with no investment required on my part . with lucky creek casino. I also previously played another gasino about 6 months ago that I think was called Golden Casino or somthing close to that. In both cases you were sent an invite by mail and a code to actvate your account I was fortunate and won well over there maximum payouts of $500 both times after paying back the original $100 bonus. To collect the first time I had to send a copy of a utility bill and copy of drivers license, No problem.

Again after playing lucky creek casino and winning well over there $5oo limit I enquired about the information needed for them to pay out. AS same as the other casino they wanted a current utility bill and copy of drivers license. However in this case they also requested a copy of my credit card front and back

The Request for the Credit card is disturbing to me especialy because I never spent any money with them and they would be paying by check.

Finaly I will ask my question Is the request for CC card info common practice in this business or am I playing with fire?.

I would aoppreciate any feedback on this issue.
Thanks Al

I played at Wizbet (I know, I know) on a free chip and won the max $500. I was asked for Utility bill and DL copy but was told that I would not need to send in cc info as I hadn't deposited. They paid me ACH to my WP card with no problem within 5 days.

I kinda like the games as a change from RTG or Rivals.

Not recommending, just telling you my experience.

Forgot to say that WizBet is same software as Lucky Creek.

This is quite common practice, but yes you are playing with fire.
I don't know anything about these casinos; they could well be totally straight up & honest, or they could be total crooks.
If it was me, for $500 I would send them what they asked for, but keep a very careful eye on my CC transactions for a few months, just in case.
I'm NOT recommending that you do this, just saying what I would do.
It's up to you if you want to risk it or not.

Welcome to the forum!

This 'Invite only' system is a strange practice. Sometimes I feel these places are run by hackers hunting for dumbs whose credit cards they can plunder. Or why is this 'Invite only' rule? :what:

Anyway I also know of people who got paid. If someone wins much with the free chip, it can be worth sending in the credit card copy. From 500$ it is possible to abandon the credit card after the transfer was made, and request a replacement one. Here it is 50$ to get a replacement VISA. A VISA ELECTRON is just 5$. So it's worth sending in copies for high amounts I think.

I also received the cd with the 100.00 nd bonus a week or so ago from Lucky Creek. This morning was up early and decided to give the site a look.

Sign in went easy and got my 100.00 dollars. Youre able to play all games, but of course they carry different percentages towards play through. Slots were the only games that got 100% credit. I went to the video slots, and lost 50.00 dollars real quick. Software wasnt that impressive right off the bat.

Being a predominately video poker player I wanted to see how those games played before I lost my last 50 bucks. To my surprise the 2 or 3 different poker games I played seemed to play very well and actually built my bankroll up a little over 700.00 dollars at $5.00 dollars a hand.

With a renewed interest in actually thinking I might be able to achieve my 40xs play through I left video poker and went to the classic slots, where I would gain 100% credits for each bet. After a few hours of 3 and 4 dollar pulls, and tons of hits, with a balance of still over $400.00 dollars, I checked the play through balance and was surprised when I saw I completed the play through.

Max cash out was 5xs bonus. I then went back to video poker got up to 640.00 dollars, played it down to $600.00 dollars and cashed out.

The bonus was removed and I was able to cash out $500.00 dollars, which of course I did. I contacted casino support and was told what docs. were needed and in 5 minutes sent them via e-mail. My wallet was not an option so I opted for the courier check which cost $30.00 dollars.

Got home this evening and received an e-mail from them telling me they received docs. and their now on file. I have to wait a 48 hour pending period and then the check will be processed.

Ill report when and if I get the check.

In addition although the video poker played well with no glitches, my only complaint was I had to click collect after every win. While playing the classic slots several times the first wheel would stop and the next two would never stop spinning, unless I signed out of the game. When I clicked back into the game my balance was never back up the last bet, which I assumed I just lost the bet. I didnt really care or contact anyone never thinking I was going to make play through and was getting turned off with this issue happening which I would have to say happened at least 20 times. One time this happened I decided to go make a cup of coffee and left it spinning. When I returned it said an error was detected and it would be evaluated by a tech. and to be followed up with a notification.

Also a couple times I clearly had a win and wasnt paid. One time it was for a $100.00 hit. I went to support and they told me I didnt have a win and explained how I could go to playback and see for myself. I did and of course the wheels showed nothing like my win. This happened maybe 5 times, and each time I went back and checked and the reels of course showed a no win. Funny thing was I also got paid 3 times when the reels showed a loser. After checking playback sure enough there was a winner being showed.

Being accustomed to playing at RTG casinos this software appears to be some what on the weak side. Yet, on the other hand the hits seemed to be much more frequent then RTGs have been lately.

Still a cash out is a cash out, and I will deposit here again if I get my cash out. I wont be taking any bonuses on my next deposit, and will only play video poker since I saw no problems there, and it played very well. With my own cash I would have a hard time dealing with the glitches I experienced with the slot games and will stay away from them.

I played the bonus and played the monkey business slot. Cashed out 400.00 on Sunday. Money was on my wp card today. My only complaint is they charge 20.00 for the wire transfer and then my wp card charges 6.95 but somewhere along the line another 36.00 went missing. So out of 400.00 I ended up getting 337.00. That is quite a chunk to be taken.

When I went to cash out I was told I only had three options, Wire to my checking account, Courier check, or regular check. I emailed them just now and asked if I could redirect cash out to a wire to my Wired Plastic Card. Thanks for info...

Did you have any slot glitches?

No problems with the slot. Just go login to wp and click on wire transfer. It will give you all the info you need. It is just like a wire to a checking account.

If you have to send in credit card info,, just put piece of paper over a few number on front and always cover up your CVS number on the back,, and a few casino's have told me to do that, as they don't need all your numbers

Beware of the games, I have 5 screenshots playing Fistful of Dollars that had winning paylines but no money was credited for the win, I have forwarded to C/S with no response, 48hrs now.

I got the CD yesterday too. I noticed the exact same thing. At least 5 times while playing Fistful of Dollars, I had winning paylines and nothing was credited. I needed to exit the game and then enter again. I also noticed that sometimes the first reel would stop and the last 4 would continue to spin until an error was registered. One time the first 4 reels stopped and the last reel continued to spin until an error. I never made the playthrough, but after the above happened, I just uninstalled it..

That made me laugh.

The problems with slot reels being mentioned, I also experienced and mentioned this problem in my previous post with my review. Regardless, since I did in fact get paid, I decided to make a deposit their last night and of course was just going to stick to video poker. The video poker played well with no glitches and seemed to be paying extremely well.

When I tried to register my NetSpend info was getting an error. After consulting with live chat, they said the system was frozen and couldn't help me, and to try again later. Went to bed and will probably try again tonight.

Personally I think their slot software plays similar to the way many sites did back when online casinos were just starting out in the late 90's. That would be like the stone-age in casino software.

In addition I didn't mention that when I did get my payment by check the other day (6 days total, not bad) the banks name on the check was out of Canada. So, for U.S. deposits from another country might take up to 30 days to go through. At least that's what I experienced in the past. Think I better get that check in the bank today since I haven't had a chance to get there.

I'll let you know if it's one of those thirty day deals after it clears. If that's the case then things change again, at least for us U.S. players.

I had trouble with the software also when I was playing the free chip. I lost a free spin feature on Fistfull of Dollars at $6 a spin. I jumped thru hoops with them to see if they would/could see what happened. Ahh no! Lost means gone to them. So I ditched them quickly.

In all fairness, I played and cashed out the max ($500) at WizBet and the software was fine. They paid me exactly on time - 5 days from withdrawal by ACH with no docs but that was just my experience. Might have hit them on a good day. I like the Fistfull of Dollars game but too many 'signs' for me to make them my new BFF. :D

I had these same issues. Getting locked out and no credit for wins.
Grande Eagle I have not had these issues but here I did. They also charge 70 dollars for the wire transfer when the sites claim 30. I like the games, but they need to fix the errors, and state what they are actaully charging for fees.

Hi All,

Lucky Creek Casino = Up Shit Creek Casino

Although I received my check drawn from a Canadian bank in six days and it did clear my bank in two days, I tried to deposit their 3 more times. Each time I deposited their was a problem giving me some type of error. Once they said the processor was down and to try again in a couple of hours. One time my deposit was debited from netSpend and they had it as a failed deposit. First they insisted it did not go through. I had to wait till it was posted as a debit from pending in my account and then forward a copy of the account. After 9 days and the hassle of several e-mails and 2 phone calls they finally credited my casino account with the funds.

Although I was lucky with the free chip, the software performance and banking experience spells MICKEY MOUSE.

Agree with Dave here, stay clear.

Lucky Creek

I had a good experience from Lucky Creek,
I played on the $25 free chip and cashed the max $500.
They requested a utility bill and id and credit card, but I sent tthe utility bill and id, and explained that I wouldn't send my credit card, because it was a free chip and they didn't need it.
I tried to send to wired plastic but it got rejected, so I got it sent via Quicktender, total time was about 2 weeks because of the cancellation and Easter Holiday.
Overall, they get a thumbs up from me!

Yes, that's a good point actually.
You should definitely cover the security code and at least half of the main number.
