Lucky Club; pokey payout, no flushing

I didn't realize it would take so long when I've WDed before:

Was that the only representative you spoke with? Does Lucky Club flush withdrawals? I think it's always best to talk too a few reps rather than just the one. Some of them are more knowledgeable than the others, perhaps one has missed a day at training, or maybe they are new? I've worked as a team leader at numerous call centers before so know this to generally be the case. If you're pretty sure they do something try talking to a different rep :)

I also agree, a week is far to long unless that's you're first withdrawal.

Jackpot Capital group went from a fast paying group to 48 hours pending, not including weekends,
to 4 days now?
They are getting worser with payouts, not better:(
 
Sure, but there is absolutely no excuse or reason for that amount of time outside the US.

Agree, for example i had my first wd from betsafe that was paid in about an hour, no doc no bs. Why would i wait for my money that long?? I stopped playing at JC casinos for that reason and also because their pay thru is unreasonably high compare to other RTGs i pay at. I also find their slots always so tight compare to CWC.
If they want my business back they have to do something about their terms but not like i am planning to dump lost of money in them if they reconsider. :lolup:

So i am glad we have choices.

After that period has passed the payouts are usually done right away.

If you request a payout on a Monday morning, its processed on Wednesday for the latest.

It's worth mention though that for someone who request a payout after 9am wednesday,
will have to wait until next monday to get paid.
That weekend in between always make a mess of everything doesn't it? :rolleyes:

Just be advised that IF you withdraw on a Friday the 48hours do not apply. Weekends are not counted and your WD will only be processed Wednesday (48 Hours from Monday) or Tuesday at the earliest if it was withdrawn during business hours on Friday.

Players should note pending periods are 96hours including weekends... Which IMPO is absolutely pathetic for an Accredited Casino.

Also, when dealing with Lucky Club, remember that this casino is not accredited. JC, Grande Vegas, Intertops and Slotastic are. If I remember correct Bryan put Lucky Clubs BBF ob hold when he thought they should decide who they belong to (Jackpot Capital or Intertops).

The only Nuworks casino to recommend is therefore Buzzluck!

I know you suspect Intertops to be a part of them but I havn't heard of any hold up on accreditation for that reason.

It is disgraceful IMO.

It's the sole reason I no longer play at any JC casino and have uninstalled them as well.

Other players who believe in fair and genuine customer service should do the same.

I've said it before many times....casinos that do not process payouts within 48 hours (REAL hours) should not be accredited. It cheapens the list to a degree in my view to put JC in the same category as 32Red.

If JC does not consider the weekend as business hours, they should close the entire casino from Friday midnight until Sunday midnight. I consider taking deposits and offering games to be "business"....I mean, it is exactly what their business IS for pete's sake.
 
To their credit, they have paid me previously and accepted my documents fine. The same couldn't be said for Buzzluck who came back with a thousand excuses and cost them my deposits. CW generally, arent any better when it comes to WDs

I went to look at Lucky Clubs webpage, I can't find any "about us" page or info about their license.

Are they as bad as Liberty Slots? :confused:

Do they use Intertops licence? Grande Vegas? Jackpot Capital?

Do many players deposit at a casino without knowing about license/ownership? :(
 
I've only depped twice (5o bucks), withdrawn twice (300 and 900)
I liked the software and couldnt get approved at Buzzluck; since theyre the only 2 offering the software, it isnt as though I had options.
Being owned by JP, theyve (JP) always paid me too. This is the first time I've encountered a payment delay.

On top of that, sending money to a Moneybooker account takes seconds, literally. There's NO reason for a waiting period OTHER than they hope that you'll reverse it.

And in this case, I've previously withdrawn to Skrill and docs are long approved.
I agree. I couldn't even get the funds flushed (though if theyre hoping I'll reverse, theyre sadly mistaken)

So, I'm curious which it will be. The one rep says will be processed today. But 24-48 hours to MB.
The JCP rep here says after processed (which should be today), it's done right away.

So, one is 2 days from now. One is later today..
 
Thanks. Funds received. Rep PMed to indicate the delay was relating to the fact that due to my using pre-paids, they initially wanted new CC scans until they realized they were pre-paids.

Is the sole reason these casinos hold WD in this "pending" period simply in the hope players will get bored waiting and simply reverse and, hopefully for such casinos, eventually lose? :rolleyes:
Seems that way to me. Deposits are (almost always) instant, so why not process the WD instantly and we can all be happy? I just don't understand the mentality, and I can guarantee (seeing as I've already seen it mentioned on this thread) casinos that do this feet dragging bollocks will not only lose paying customers, but also miss out on potential new customers as well; it's counter-productive. I for one will not even think about depositing with Jackpot Capital.
