I requested a withdrawal from Lucky Club on the 19th of March which was approved. I also requested a withdrawal from Jackpot Capital on March 23rd. Lucky Club was the first to request that I change my request to check a week later, which I complied. I now get a messege from Jackpot Capital to change my withdrawal option to another option which I did.

What is the issue here I ask?? I was just told I cannot receive my funds from Jackpot Capital because I have a withdrawal pending at Lucky Club this week (due to THEIR request change). I stated it was not my choice in when the withdrawal request was changed. It was by request of the casino.

What in the world does one have to do with the other?? I am now being told my withdrawal request change of Jackpot Capital of the 23rd, which I did today (the 28th) as requested by THEM will NOT be processed till MONDAY the 1st of April!!! What in the world is going on?? Why am I being penalized for THEIR request changes?? I am about ready to spit....First Clubworld, now Jackpot Capital!!! This is so WRONG on so many levels. I think an in depth look needs to done for the US facing casinos and if they cannot follow their own T&C's, stop taking OUR money or pay up and stop penalizing the players, by delaying, due to the casinos REQUESTS, honest payment requests by players!

I haven't had a withdrawal in a long time from this group and they have taken thousands happily. Now that I finally have a chance to receive a few dollars back..I get this mess!!

Anyone else having these issues???

Email update:
Our check processor allows only one check per week.
WTH*ll ????

I agree with you, Silc.

Casinos know that wires and ACH are iffy at best for US payment. So why not just drop those options and go with straight checks and PayMyCard? Don't just keep taking our money knowing that there is a real problem with payouts.

If they would just change their banking information to state the changes and go on, then players would know what to expect.

I received a check from Lucky Club last month and it took 5 days from start to delivery so they can do it.

And there is a connection between Lucky Club and Jackpot Capital even though they don't want us to know what it is.

WTF? They must have mixed things up.I used to have pending w/ds at Lucky Club and JC all the time when both were rtg. That staff should be fired.

It has just been confirmed to me that Jackpot Capital group is processing 1 payment per the group a week.

Please wait for a site operator to respond.

You are now chatting with 'Jesse'

Jesse: Welcome to our live chat service. How may I help you today?

silcnlayc: hi, I was wondering why my withdrawal has not been approved from the 22nd?

Jesse: One moment please.

silcnlayc: thank you

Jesse: Thank you for holding. Our records indicate a check withdrawal was processed for you on March 27th (for March 19th request) in Lucky club. Please note we only have one processor and can only process 1 withdrawal per week. Your withdrawal will be process on April 3rd.

silcnlayc: Even with different casinos? That makes no sense.

Jesse: I am sorry but this is the reality even if it is with two different casino.

silcnlayc: ok, thank you. I will check on Monday, yes?

Jesse: Tuesday is the 3rd.

silcnlayc: Ok, Tuesday then, I will check. Thank you.

Jesse: You're welcome.

silcnlayc: bye

The CS was very nice but I do not understand this. Maybe a rep will explain why this group is processing 1 check for all their casinos per person per week? When did this happen? When was this iplemented? Was anyone notified? I know I wasn't. Still totally confused. I had 3 outstanding withdrawals from this group and just received my first one (by check) from the 19th, today.

As I said, I do not mind waiting. It just floors me that I was never told that they are processing 1 payment per person per week.

Then that's discrimination. I just received my cashouts from Jackpot Capital and Grande Vegas and today is Thursday.

Payouts at the Jackpot Capital group

HI there,

Just to clear the air on how the payouts work at our group.

Our US check issuer has strict payout limits per customer per week = 1.

If you had 1 check processed on Monday at Jackpot Capital and during that same week tried to request another at the same casino it wouldn't allow you to, with regards to this limit.

However, in this case, a check was processed on 27th and another was requested at another casino on 28th for the same customer. As the limit can't automatically be applied across products, the customer was advised in accordance with the rules set by our only US check issuer.

I have also advised silcnlayc of these details and you may contact me anytime for any further assistance.

Best regards,

I was informed of this limit today. Thank you.

US Courier Checks

So Yas, that only applies to checks to US accounts?

Hi chayton,

Correct! Our checks is the only payment method affected.

Cheers,
Yasmeen

Happy April Fool's Day! :D

This also puts aside any lingering doubts that Lucky Club is NOT part of JC, despite the confusing and rather misleading information that was being given out at it's launch.

Wasn't Lucky Club the casino that JC group allegedly "sold" to another unnamed company, which is what started off the confusion and debate.

VWM,

You are correct. Believe we were told that they share a processor and customer service?

I am sure it is more than that. This processor would NOT enforce such a rule over casinos that were not connected, or you would have silly situations like being told your withdrawal at Lucky Club could not be accepted because you have just had one processed for Club World. As far as this processor is concerned, they are both the same EVERYTHING, not just casinos that share some services. Even "white label" casinos do not get connected like this by processors, and I am sure Lucky Club's owners would not appreciate their casino losing revenue through negative player experience just because a player there also plays at a fully owned JC casino who they have contracted to handle CS and processing. I also find it odd that this enlarged group have only ONE processor, and have to run Lucky Club withdrawals through it as well as their own. If this processor fails to deliver, Lucky Club get hit along with the JC group, an odd risk to take for new owners who supposedly want to protect their own investment, and who have no intererest in JC group sacrificing their asses in order to cover their own, or that of their processor.

Question...

Why the big secret? It is pretty well known that they are connected, what is the big deal about admitting it?

I personally think they are, I had requested all my accounts closed with this group a while ago, and when Lucky Club came out I thought I would give them a try. Well guess what, could not play because my accounts with that group were closed.

Why they won't admit they are both connected is beyond me.
