Previously raised concerns about this company. They have terms lodged on their site staying "when participating in a bonus the max winnings/withdrawal is 1500". I was given a welcome bonus on the site when I signed up. I won 9K using cash balance Only, never encroaching on the bonus once. They have paid me 1500 only and have wiped out the rest. I have spoken to the UKGC to clarify and they agree with me on the following:
Simply taking a bonus does not at any time mean you are caught within the rules the bonus unless you physically start using the bonus money. A parachute bonus as per the rules.
Lucky Casino are saying that's not correct. Anyone had experience of something like this? Thinking of taking this one legal.
