Resolved Luck3 withdrawal not received after 32 days

Hello

I made a withdrawal from luck3 on 22nd of April after making a deposit and getting a verification of my ID documents. Their site states that withdrawals are processed in 3-5 days. After a week I contacted the live chat and they told me that they've had some technical issues and that my withdrawal would be processed in a few days. After two weeks I emailed them (because live chat was constantly offline, and has been ever since) and received this:

After about 3 weeks I contacted them again by email but this time received no answer. Same thing after contacting after 4 weeks, no answer at all.
I also PM'd and sent an email to their representative on this forum. No answer :mad:

What should I do?
 
I believe at one point they were being considered for accreditation, so it may be worthwhile to file a Pitch-A-Bitch here on the forums. For the record, I have always gotten paid promptly from them, so I'm not sure what's up.
 
These things are normally only caused by a few things, provided the casino is well intentioned.

1. Missing or incomplete faxback docs, id, etc.

2. Bonus playthough not yet met.

3. Multiple accounts.

4. Inaccurate or missing player info, such as where to send the money.

2. Any amount exceeding maximun withdrawal limit was deducted at the time playthrough was meet, so I know I've played enough.

4. I double-checked and everything is as it should be. I requested withdrawal to moneybookers.

Then it sounds like you have a legitimate complaint and should try first directing their support to this thread, having tried every other way to get results and if that doesn't work, I'd pitch a bitch then. BTW, how much money is involved, if you don't mind? Is it possible you bankrupted them? ;)

Hehe, if they're bankrupted by me, then they're really screwed because it's only about $110. Thats why I have already tried everything I could before making this thread because I know its a small sum, but big enough for me to care about it.

I sent a link to this conversation to their support, lets see how they react.
 
Any progress here?
Luck3 is basically bust (poker room recently got kicked out from Cake network) so dont know if you will ever receive your money.
 
Well good for you and thanks for letting us know. I am sure that it will not bring them a whole lot of buisness though, taking 3 months to pay little over 100 bucks =)
