Im here to give my input on a site which doesn't receive many compliments from reviewers online.
Generally any site under the Cassava / 888 Umbrella is a nightmare for withdrawls, bonsues, wagering etc
but i wanted to write this review as i've received great treatment from Lucky Charm since signing up.
I've had issues with some bonuses and was awarded my bonus plus extra £5 games bonuses + minigames etc
i was also shocked and surprised to see that they are the only Cassava site that actually work well through there facebook page!
i get a response from there team within 10 minutes any time i message the facebook team, they are very polite, easy to deal with, and actually get the job done! unlike a lot of the other sites under the umbrella, i.e: Celeb Bingo, Zoe's Bingo etc. none of those sites even have a facebook anymore! which gives you doubts of depositing there etc. but at Lucky Charm i was delighted with the support that i receive here.
I've gotten great deals and bonuses with a more sensible wagering system unlike the rest of the sites which give you a x99 wager on free spins winnings ( Which is Insane)
but at Lucky Charm i get x40 etc which is alot more realistic and normal in terms of wagering amounts.
All in all, i would recommend checking it out here if you haven't already
I will continue to deposit and play here happily

So I'd urge ANY readers of this thread (with the benefit of the doubt to the OP that he isn't shilling) to consider their actions very carefully before playing at 888/Cassava sites.

Edit - In fact upon re-reading, given how many times you have managed to mention 'L*cky Ch*rm' in that one post I am of the opinion you ARE shilling. Oh, and managing to mention too the Lucky Ch*rm wagering and offer. Over to the chiefs for their perusal.

SPOT ON! As of 5 days ago, I can confirm 888casino.com is horrific and everything in this post is 100% true. No customer service, minimal selection, gameplay very dry and slots hang constantly. See attached screenshots and notice the data stream thus the connection cannot be blamed.

My $50 deposit quickly turned to nothing as my biggest hand was about $1.50 NET. It's almost like you know there is no chance of getting a win. Then on top of that, it's like pulling teeth to get your money as alluded to above. S

PS - I opted out of the 100% deposit bonus after reading the terms and conditions. Only decided to join them as the online casinos accepting players in Thailand is rather limited. Plus I have also been a member of their online texas hold em poker site for several years. Hope this helps the next potential victim.

SPOT ON! As of 5 days ago, I can confirm 888casino.com is horrific and everything in this post is 100% true. No customer service, minimal selection, gameplay very dry and slots hang constantly. See attached screenshots and notice the data stream thus the connection cannot be blamed.

Sorry for the rather late reply but thanks for the PM and I took your recommendations but no joy. in being able to make a deposit. Banks in Thailand are very strict when it comes to using credit cards regardless of how long or how good your credit rating is.

I can see why they are rather stringent as Thais love to gamble especially the working class. For me, it's a total turn off if I can't make an easy deposit and a game breaker if the withdrawal is like pulling teeth.

Additionally, I took your advice regarding Neteller and Skrill but still a big DONUT. It's rather frustrating not being able to partake in probably close to 95% of the online casinos I read about and subsequently try to join. Again I shall state that it seems almost all the online casinos for Asia have horrible reputations. I've been bitten by a couple myself.

I'm glad a lot of you of folks out there are able to play and get some good wins. At least I can share in the information and the marvelous screenshots. Thanks a lot, @Harry_BKK and everyone else. Best of luck as well.
