Loyal Casino welcome bonus

Greetings,
Today I registered in Loyal Casino. *snip* I claimed the bonus and deposited, however, I did not receive any bonus because Slovakia is not eligible for bonuses as per T&C.
So I went ahead and checked the rules and I can not seem to find Slovakia being restricted in any way. Live chat support didnt help at all.
Any idea what to do? Thanks and have a nice day

It says at the bottom of the list, that countries not listed are at Customer services discretion so why not just email them and ask them to manually add it before you play. Good luck

Thats kinda shit terms. That wording can at worst be that no countries can get the bonus.

Pretty rogue to not list all countries excluded, but make such a vague term.
