I'm having very little luck getting an answer from Lottoland but for some reason they have disabled my account after i played through £140 on their site.

Are they linked to any other groups or anything? I'm quite concerned what the case would be if i had won something.

Lottoland Ltd. (or Lottoland) is an online company that allows players to bet on the outcome of a range of international and state lottery draws. The company has been operating since March 2013 and the Managing Director is Nigel Birrell, a former director of the poker and sports betting company BwinParty. Lottoland take out policies with world leading insurers, including Lloyds of London to cover larger payments, typically those in excess of €5 million. A portion of the price you pay when buying a line goes towards these policies.

So a tentative link to BWin, if you think that makes any sense in your case.

If your purchases and wins if any were small, you may simply have been an unprofitable player. It costs the site to accept your deposit method, and it may even be down to the method you use, as some processors cost more than others. And they must purchase those lottery tickets. So even if you are not in profit, the percentage it costs them for your amount of action might not be worth it to them. Just a possibility, and one casinos (or I assume Lotto sites) like to be upfront with about with players.

With the SE rules, I can understand your concern however.

I see a diffent site coming from Canada, but from their terms and conditions:

“EU Lotto” – EU Lotto Ltd, a company which is officially licenced by the Government of Gibraltar to accept Bets on lotteries (licence number RGL 066) and to offer Casino-style products (Scratch-Cards) (licence number RGL 085). EU Lotto is also officially licensed by the UK Gambling Commission to offer Remote General Betting Standard - Real Event and Casino activities under licence number 38991. EU Lotto’s registered company number is 109514 (REID GICO 109514-83).

You can check who holds the master licence for the UK and what other properties may be included.

Thanks @jasminebed

I managed to speak to a manager on livechat today who said they closed my account due to having multiple accounts with them according to the risk department. However it was my first and only account...

Bit concerned now. What can i do?
