Morning All,
Had a decent weekend on the slots, however, the site listed above I had a bad run. To soften the blow they offered 10% Cashback on net losses.
So, I deposited £1,110, balance at the end was 0. Simplistically, net losses of £1,110. Cashback that should have been awarded is £111.
Live chat says this - 'But just to confirm you wagered £834.50 with a total winnings of £78.20, meaning a net loss of £756.30, 10% of that is a cashback value of £75.63.'
Obvious questions from me are:
1. If my balance was drawn down to zero, where has the other money been wagered. If I deposit £1,110 and have a balance of 0, I must have wagered most than £834.50.
Secondly, why are they deducting total winnings from wagered? What's that got to do with a net loss.
Am I missing something here?
Thanks all.
