Loss limit with the entain group

Wondering if anyone can share an opinion on a situation I am in which to me seems very wrong?
I hold accounts with Coral Ladbrokes and bwin all associated with the entain group. I have exactly the same details for all three of these accounts in terms of my name address phone number email etc and all accounts are fully verified.
As quite a lot of us do I have the tendency to get carried away with my gambling sometimes so I have a £2000 max loss limit set across these accounts. This is combined across all of the accounts not individually so if I lose £1500 at coral I can only lose another £500 across any of the 3 in the remaining days of each month.
In the month of May after around the first 10 days I had a loss against my viral account of £1499.87 I took a couple of days off from gambling and then went into my Bwin account and started to deposit and place bets. If i am completely honest I wasn’t fully aware of what my losses were in this moment but I feel this is not the point.
My bad tun continued and I finally decided to take a bit of a break from it. I then checked to see how bad my run had been and could see that from between 12-14th May I what a loss against my Bwin account of £2880. I have attached screenshots to show the full details but this meant that since my max loss limit restarted in May, across my entain accounts I have been allowed to deposit £7483 and have withdrawn £3095 meaning my max loss limit stands at £4488 which is £2388.
I sent an email on May 15th to Bwin to make a complaint and the next day received an email with the guy basically saying there was no issue here (I think he wasn’t looking across all of my entain accounts) my live chat conversations have taken place over the last couple of weeks with Bwin advisors also confirming that my max loss limit is £2000 and that I had been allowed to go over this. I was then asked to call in which I did twice to resolve this and yet nothing has been resolved. The first advisor said I would be contacted in 24 hours with an outcome (I have requested the £2388 is refunded to me) and the second advisor wanted to have a 30 minute conversation with me about safer gambling which is is a joke considering what they have allowed me to do. All my entain accounts have been blocked and I cannot log in to any of them and I last sent an email a few days ago now asking for any update but there has been no reply.
Wondering if anyone can give some advice on what I can do next? I contacted ibas but it’s not something they get involved in and I think with the gambling commission they ask for a deadlock number which I have asked Bwin for but not received. On the 15th May Bwin asked me to set a limit again which was also very coincidental!
TIA guys

Interesting problem. I would advise formalising this ASAP, meaning get an arbitrator involved. I say this because you need someone to push the issue with the various Entain properties involved.

Since IBAS won’t take it I’d recommend choosing some other arbitrator that can and will. Unfortunately that excludes us because Entain properties are notorious for ignoring anything and everything we try to submit to them, have done so for well over a decade.

are you sure about this?

Normally deposit limits are cross accounts but wager/bet/loss limits are site based.

Yeah, I was wondering about that too. From what I saw in the attachments Support confirmed the OP’s understanding of the situation:

I am sure because if you look at the screenshots I have attached I have shown two examples one of my Ladbrokes account and one of my coral account and for the month both show my loss limit at £1499.87/£2000 and it says beneath that “limit consumption by entain uk brands”
I have also shown examples of me asking the same question to Bwin and coral and they have confirmed the same thing that this applies across all entain companies

Thanks Max currently for example I can’t use resolver as I have no deadlock number and entain have gone silent on me, any thing you can recommend?

Wouldn't that still make them liable?
🤣 Casinos have been using that dodge for decades, “a bad Support person made a mistake” and that’s supposed to absolve them of responsibility. They absolutely shouldn’t get away with it but they usually do.

As someone who holds accounts on multiple Entain group casinos too I can confirm what OP says.

Loss limits are brand wide too. They set a £500 a month limit on me

It's a whole different question as to why they reckon I'm currently allowed to deposit £13,803 this month when I'm down across their sites this year. And up maybe £200-300 in the last month/rolling 30 days.

That looks like my lifetime results most of which took place 5 years ago so why that's suddenly included (it wasn't last time I checked few weeks ago) is very suspicious.

I did win a case against Aspire group once because a CS agent gave me wrong info that went against their T&Cs. That was over their claiming bonuses across multiple brands rule.

Surely a group like Entain should be taking RG limit breaches more seriously. I'm still annoyed that they have a monopoly on the NZ sports betting market.

Didn't someone have a similar issue with Ladbrokes a few months back, and got refunded their extra losses? I've only skimmed the OP so apologies in advance if I'm wide of the mark.

I'll find the thread, hang on a sec...

EDIT - here it is...

@ystd1991 - have a read of this all the way through and see what you think 👍

“should”? Absolutely!

My experience with them is that they are always happy to do the right thing, as long as it’s a legal requirement.
Anything else — meaning not specifically a legal requirement — is like white noise to them: "talk to the hand” is the response we’ve been hearing for decades.

be no way that yourselves could make any contact with any of these companies on my behalf max ?

This is very interesting and definitely shares similarities to my situation. I managed to make contact by live chat today and was told that “my complaint had been escalated to the final stage of our internal complaints procedure” also says it can take up to 28 days for this case to be assigned for a handler. To me all seems ridiculous as I think it’s very black and white what has happened here, I also feel if entain felt they had done no wrong they would have decided this in the two weeks that it has already been since my complaint

They’ve been ignoring us for 20 years, I seriously doubt they’ve suddenly had a change of heart.

The point is that they’re a large corporation, they simply don’t do anything they don’t have to. In the law there is absolutely zero requirement for them to talk to us about player complaints and there is no compelling financial advantage to it, so the simple fact is they don’t and won’t. End of discussion really.

Believe me, we spent years trying to convince Ladbrokes, Coral, etc — and ourselves -- that there was a happy middle ground somewhere. In the end we had our “wake up and smell the coffee” moment: “no” meant “no” and it was time to move on.

They’re not the only ones that do this by the way, the whole 888 group is the same: too big to talk to the little people.
