How are we getting 8/10 for a site that players should proceed with caution?

I joined the other day and they set a deposit limit immediately which was no bother to me, anyway tonight I won £3500 I hit withdraw and now they’re requesting bank statement with Apple Pay proof of payment which in the uk Lloyds bank just put DEB beside the payment, spoke to someone on chat and they were really actually Extremely unhelpful, so I went on trust pilot probably my biggest concern is that every single REVIEW is negative and bad and I’m now worried after depositing nearly £500 on this site I won’t actually see my winnings! I have hope but will update on how this goes
