Casinomeister’s Verdict

Los Vegas is a relatively new casino launched in 2025, and it’s one of several casinos operated by SuprPlay Ltd. The casino has some major strong points, including a variety of payment methods (including excellent options such as Trustly and PayPal), very high withdrawal limits, and some useful responsible gambling tools. There’s even a no-wagering weekly cashback bonus that returning players are bound to appreciate.

However, Los Vegas also has a limited selection of games, with only 10-ish providers. You’ll still find all types of slots and popular live dealer games from several studios, but the overall game library feels much more modest compared to the competition.

Ultimately, our main concern with Los Vegas is the fact its sister casinos have been completely unresponsive to complaints submitted through the PAB, so we advise caution to anyone who plays here. If you run into a problem, resolution will likely take time and energy.

From the Desk of Max Drayman

We have no record of troubles with this casino on Casinomeister. We do however have a long and very frustrating history with one of its sister casinos (VoodooDreams) which has routinely ignored player complaints for a good many years. Self-exclusion policy at LosVegas.bet is quite satisfactory, as is their Complaints procedure which is backed by eCOGRA. Our advice here would be PROCEED WITH CAUTION; if you run into problems be quick, thorough and methodical in pursuing your issue as the evidence from the sister casino is not at all encouraging.

Pros

  • Pros Good set of deposit options
  • Pros High withdrawal limits at 100K EUR
  • Pros No wagering weekly cashback
  • Pros Solid RG tools

Cons

  • Cons Limited selection of bonuses
  • Cons Only a handful of game providers
  • Cons Sister casinos unresponsive to complaints

Bonuses and Promotions

The bonus selection at Los Vegas is nothing jaw-dropping, as the lineup comes down to a welcome bonus and weekly cashback. The welcome offer is rather “meh” due to the high wagering requirements, but the weekly cashback has no wagering requirements, so there’s that at least.

The terms are quite straightforward and fair, and there’s no walls of text to slog through. So, be sure to check the terms before claiming any offers — they can change at any time, and there’s always the list of excluded games to keep in mind.

VIP and Loyalty Programs

Sadly, Los Vegas doesn’t have a loyalty program. You won’t get any exclusive bonuses for playing here long-term or for making large deposits. If you’re hoping to reap such rewards, it’s best to check out some of our other casino reviews.

Banking & Payment Methods

Los Vegas supports a decent selection of deposit methods. Apart from debit cards and bank transfers, they also accept Trustly, PayPal, PaysafeCard, Skrill, Neteller, and more. It’s not the most varied set of options, but it’s about as good as it gets with stricter jurisdictions like the UKGC and the MGA.

We were also impressed by the withdrawal limits, as they’re set at €100,000 per month, which is much higher than most competitors — and, of course, there are no limits for UK players. The withdrawal speeds can easily take up to a week for slower cashout methods (which is expected), but even e-wallets can take up to 3 days in some cases.

It goes without saying that Los Vegas has a KYC policy in place, so you’ll need to verify your account before you’ll be able to withdraw money. You’ll need to provide personal ID, a proof of address, and proof of ownership for the deposit method you used.

Responsible Gambling

In terms of responsible gambling tools, Los Vegas has the full set: deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion. Unfortunately, these all have to be activated via email, rather than being automated through your account.

This is not a huge issue, but it means there will be a delay between you submitting a request and a feature being activated. Plus, it’s more difficult to keep track of limits this way. Overall, it’s quite unintuitive and it’s a bit bizarre seeing a casino doing all this manually in this day and age.

Customer Support at Los Vegas

customer Support

Los Vegas offers customer support through the usual support channels: email and 24/7 live chat. They typically respond to email within a few hours, and the live chat is much faster. We’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to get in touch with an agent and our overall experience was quite smooth. No major complaints here.

Los Vegas Casino Experience and Features

Apart from a name that looks like a typo, Los Vegas doesn’t really stand out from the crowd much. The design is mostly simple and clean, prioritizing user experience over flashy visuals. It’s organized well, with separate categories for different types of slots and live games, but without much in terms of any advanced features.

Overall, we were happy with the experience on both desktop and mobile, as both were easy to use and navigate with no notable hiccups or performance issues in games.

Brand Games

Los Vegas Casino Game Providers

The casino only features only 11 game providers at the time of writing, limited to a few established names such as Pragmatic Play, Games Global, Nolimit City, and Relax Gaming. This is an extremely small selection compared to most online casinos.

Los Vegas Slots

With so few providers, the overall selection of slot games at Los Vegas is limited, though you’ll still find all popular types of slots here: low volatility, high volatility, jackpots, megaways, bonus buys, etc. So, if you’re new to online gambling, you likely won’t find anything to complain about. However, if you’re a seasoned player, the library might look a tad too boring.

Live Casino

The live dealer section at Los Vegas is solid, with the majority of games coming from Pragmatic Play Live, along with some tables from smaller studios like Stakelogic and Onair. The live casino is neatly sorted into sections for each major type of live game, including blackjack, baccarat, roulette, game shows, and dice games, along with a special section for high stakes tables.

About the Los Vegas Team and History

Los Vegas launched in 2015, and it’s owned by SuprPlay Limited, a Malta-based company with licenses from the Malta Gaming Authority, the Swedish Gambling Authority,  and the UK Gambling Commission. They also operate three other casinos at the time of writing: Duelz, NY Spins, and Voodoo Dreams.

All of the sister casinos have been around for a good number of years now, having launched in the mid-to-late 2010s. None of them seem to have raised any major red flags in all these years, with players in the Casinomeister forum noting a hassle-free experience, so there are no strong reasons to suspect Los Vegas is out to scam anyone.

Complaints and Track Record

SuprPlay properties aren’t engaging in anything shady, but their complaints track record leaves a lot to be desired. While we’ve had no trouble with Los Vegas yet, some of the sister casinos have shown a tendency towards ignoring player complaints at Casinomeister.

Now, Los Vegas has a clear complaints policy and eCOGRA as their ADR, so players will likely get their issues sorted — it just won’t be fast or easy. If you do play here and run into an issue, be proactive and persistent.
