LordPing and ICE36 withdrawal issues

Hello,

I am having issues withdrawing my deposit from Lord Ping and ICE36. It keeps asking me to submit documents for verification however on the submission page, it states no documents are required, leaving me stuck. I have reached out to them on twitter and through live chat with no response. I was hoping there is a casino rep available on here that can help?

It's easy to see if there's a rep for a specific casino here on our forums. Just go up to the menu bar, click on the triangle next to members and then click on i-gaming reps:

Then search the page (Ctrl or Cmd +F) for the casino:

Now just click on the rep's name, here it's @PrimeGaming, and send them a private message with the details of your issue.
